The office has been collecting the data on unemployed youths since the fiscal year 2008/09.</p> <p>The office stated that though there are demands for technically skilled labourers, most of the youths are unemployed as they lack technical skills. Bista said that the office has assured job placement to at least two dozens of youths having technical skills in different organizations and industries. </p> <p>“Most of the industries are dependent on Indian labour for skilled manpower,” said Shanker Bogati, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the far west.
