KATHMANDU, August 13: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called on authorities to enhance the effectiveness of the 'Hello Sarkar' hotline service. During a meeting with office-bearers of the Civil Servants Association at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar on Monday, he emphasized the need to strengthen the mechanism, which provides the public with easy access to filing complaints and grievances about government actions.
The prime minister also mentioned that further detailed discussions about the mechanism will be held with the concerned civil servants. The service operates under the 'Hello Sarkar Grievance Management Guidelines, 2078.'
During the meeting, the association’s President Lekhnath Niraula submitted a memorandum addressing various concerns of civil servants, including the need to implement the federal civil service law as soon as possible. -- RSS
