<p style="text-align: justify;">The Telecom has started working on it to address the problems arisen in &nbsp;&nbsp;its quality of service and complaints regarding maintenance.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Kamini Rajbhandari, Managing Director of NT, necessary steps have been taken to make Customer Care Centers (CCCs) more systematic. &ldquo;The related staffs of the company have been engaged for it,&rdquo; she informed, adding, &ldquo;We have started working on it, due to which customers can feel the change in a few days.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Stating that more and more complaints have been coming for services, Rajbhandari informed that the access to service and capacity have been enhanced and that complain audit will help address customer&rsquo;s complaints to some extent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The company has created short codes 1498, 198 and 191 for listening to complaints regarding the service. Beside this, the NT has also made provisions to listen to complains through popular social sites such as Facebook and Twitter. The complaints collected through different media on maintenance will thus be &lsquo;complain audited&rsquo;.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, Surya Bhakta Pokhrel, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Telecom said the provision of &lsquo;excluding taxes&rsquo; will not be mentioned while mentioning the service tariff rate. He mentioned that the company is fulfilling its responsibility by expanding its services in the rural areas while embracing the policy of transparency. &ldquo;This will prove that we are not only profit-oriented,&rdquo; he added.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to him, the construction of infrastructure including roads, drinking water and sewerage pipes cause damage to the infrastructure of the company with cables which are built with huge investment. &ldquo;This has increased the expenses of the company, he said.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The regulatory body Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) has recently decided to reduce the pulse rate. For this, the pulse rate will be reduced to 10 seconds from the existing 20 seconds from mid- April and one second in the second phase six months later.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Pokhrel, Telecom has already implemented the first phase pulse rate and therefore, it is not going to affect the company&rsquo;s income for the time being. &ldquo;However, the pulse rate which is going to implement after six months will definitely affect the income of company, he said.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, Lochan Lal Amatya, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of NT mentioned that investment will not be made for the expansion of Wi-Max and CDMA from now onwards.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We are now focused on expanding 4G rapidly,&rdquo; he said, while stating that therefore, these services will be phased out within the next three to four years.&rdquo; However, the equipment already purchased for these services will be installed regularly.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the organizer, the fair showcased agricultural products grown at high altitude and herbal products from Nepal. 340 stalls including domestic and foreign companies showcased their products in the fair. <p style="text-align:justify">Earlier, NRB published concept paper on determination and review of interest rate on March 16. NRB changing the time limit for alteration of interest rate requested for suggestions (if any) on the concept paper within seven days. Under the concept paper, BFIs can now alter the loan interest rate for only two times annually.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;However, NRB issued the directives as per the order of HC which is compelled to follow by all,&rdquo; said Narayan Prasad Poudel, Executive Director, Regulation Department and Spokesperson of NRB. &ldquo;The direction has end the monopolistic pattern of BFIs on setting loan interest rate,&rdquo; he added.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">He said that the directive has restricted BFIs on haphazard increase in loan interest rate against the agreed rate. &ldquo;This will increase good governance in financial system and also ease general people.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;Previously, in the absence of regulation policy and directive of NRB on interest rate, BFIs used to set the interest rate as per the demand and supply of the financial &nbsp;market,&rdquo; said Jhalak Prasad Khanal, CEO of Vibor Society Development Bank. &ldquo;However, after the NRB directive and HC&rsquo;s order, BFIs will act accordingly,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Kamini Rajbhandari, Managing Director of NT, necessary steps have been taken to make Customer Care Centers (CCCs) more systematic. &ldquo;The related staffs of the company have been engaged for it,&rdquo; she informed, adding, &ldquo;We have started working on it, due to which customers can feel the change in a few days.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Stating that more and more complaints have been coming for services, Rajbhandari informed that the access to service and capacity have been enhanced and that complain audit will help address customer&rsquo;s complaints to some extent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The company has created short codes 1498, 198 and 191 for listening to complaints regarding the service. Beside this, the NT has also made provisions to listen to complains through popular social sites such as Facebook and Twitter. The complaints collected through different media on maintenance will thus be &lsquo;complain audited&rsquo;.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, Surya Bhakta Pokhrel, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Telecom said the provision of &lsquo;excluding taxes&rsquo; will not be mentioned while mentioning the service tariff rate. He mentioned that the company is fulfilling its responsibility by expanding its services in the rural areas while embracing the policy of transparency. &ldquo;This will prove that we are not only profit-oriented,&rdquo; he added.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to him, the construction of infrastructure including roads, drinking water and sewerage pipes cause damage to the infrastructure of the company with cables which are built with huge investment. &ldquo;This has increased the expenses of the company, he said.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The regulatory body Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) has recently decided to reduce the pulse rate. For this, the pulse rate will be reduced to 10 seconds from the existing 20 seconds from mid- April and one second in the second phase six months later.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Pokhrel, Telecom has already implemented the first phase pulse rate and therefore, it is not going to affect the company&rsquo;s income for the time being. &ldquo;However, the pulse rate which is going to implement after six months will definitely affect the income of company, he said.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, Lochan Lal Amatya, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of NT mentioned that investment will not be made for the expansion of Wi-Max and CDMA from now onwards.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Earlier, NRB published concept paper on determination and review of interest rate on March 16. NRB changing the time limit for alteration of interest rate requested for suggestions (if any) on the concept paper within seven days. Under the concept paper, BFIs can now alter the loan interest rate for only two times annually.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;However, NRB issued the directives as per the order of HC which is compelled to follow by all,&rdquo; said Narayan Prasad Poudel, Executive Director, Regulation Department and Spokesperson of NRB. &ldquo;The direction has end the monopolistic pattern of BFIs on setting loan interest rate,&rdquo; he added.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">He said that the directive has restricted BFIs on haphazard increase in loan interest rate against the agreed rate. &ldquo;This will increase good governance in financial system and also ease general people.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;Previously, in the absence of regulation policy and directive of NRB on interest rate, BFIs used to set the interest rate as per the demand and supply of the financial &nbsp;market,&rdquo; said Jhalak Prasad Khanal, CEO of Vibor Society Development Bank. &ldquo;However, after the NRB directive and HC&rsquo;s order, BFIs will act accordingly,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Kamini Rajbhandari, Managing Director of NT, necessary steps have been taken to make Customer Care Centers (CCCs) more systematic. &ldquo;The related staffs of the company have been engaged for it,&rdquo; she informed, adding, &ldquo;We have started working on it, due to which customers can feel the change in a few days.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Stating that more and more complaints have been coming for services, Rajbhandari informed that the access to service and capacity have been enhanced and that complain audit will help address customer&rsquo;s complaints to some extent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The company has created short codes 1498, 198 and 191 for listening to complaints regarding the service. Beside this, the NT has also made provisions to listen to complains through popular social sites such as Facebook and Twitter. The complaints collected through different media on maintenance will thus be &lsquo;complain audited&rsquo;.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, Surya Bhakta Pokhrel, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Telecom said the provision of &lsquo;excluding taxes&rsquo; will not be mentioned while mentioning the service tariff rate. He mentioned that the company is fulfilling its responsibility by expanding its services in the rural areas while embracing the policy of transparency. &ldquo;This will prove that we are not only profit-oriented,&rdquo; he added.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to him, the construction of infrastructure including roads, drinking water and sewerage pipes cause damage to the infrastructure of the company with cables which are built with huge investment. &ldquo;This has increased the expenses of the company, he said.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The regulatory body Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) has recently decided to reduce the pulse rate. For this, the pulse rate will be reduced to 10 seconds from the existing 20 seconds from mid- April and one second in the second phase six months later.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Pokhrel, Telecom has already implemented the first phase pulse rate and therefore, it is not going to affect the company&rsquo;s income for the time being. &ldquo;However, the pulse rate which is going to implement after six months will definitely affect the income of company, he said.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, Lochan Lal Amatya, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of NT mentioned that investment will not be made for the expansion of Wi-Max and CDMA from now onwards.</p>

Based on the High Court&rsquo;s order issued on last October 23, NRB issuing a circular has given five-point directions to the BFIs.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Earlier, NRB published concept paper on determination and review of interest rate on March 16. NRB changing the time limit for alteration of interest rate requested for suggestions (if any) on the concept paper within seven days. Under the concept paper, BFIs can now alter the loan interest rate for only two times annually.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;However, NRB issued the directives as per the order of HC which is compelled to follow by all,&rdquo; said Narayan Prasad Poudel, Executive Director, Regulation Department and Spokesperson of NRB. &ldquo;The direction has end the monopolistic pattern of BFIs on setting loan interest rate,&rdquo; he added.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">He said that the directive has restricted BFIs on haphazard increase in loan interest rate against the agreed rate. &ldquo;This will increase good governance in financial system and also ease general people.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;Previously, in the absence of regulation policy and directive of NRB on interest rate, BFIs used to set the interest rate as per the demand and supply of the financial &nbsp;market,&rdquo; said Jhalak Prasad Khanal, CEO of Vibor Society Development Bank. &ldquo;However, after the NRB directive and HC&rsquo;s order, BFIs will act accordingly,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Kamini Rajbhandari, Managing Director of NT, necessary steps have been taken to make Customer Care Centers (CCCs) more systematic. &ldquo;The related staffs of the company have been engaged for it,&rdquo; she informed, adding, &ldquo;We have started working on it, due to which customers can feel the change in a few days.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Stating that more and more complaints have been coming for services, Rajbhandari informed that the access to service and capacity have been enhanced and that complain audit will help address customer&rsquo;s complaints to some extent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The company has created short codes 1498, 198 and 191 for listening to complaints regarding the service. Beside this, the NT has also made provisions to listen to complains through popular social sites such as Facebook and Twitter. The complaints collected through different media on maintenance will thus be &lsquo;complain audited&rsquo;.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, Surya Bhakta Pokhrel, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Telecom said the provision of &lsquo;excluding taxes&rsquo; will not be mentioned while mentioning the service tariff rate. He mentioned that the company is fulfilling its responsibility by expanding its services in the rural areas while embracing the policy of transparency. &ldquo;This will prove that we are not only profit-oriented,&rdquo; he added.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to him, the construction of infrastructure including roads, drinking water and sewerage pipes cause damage to the infrastructure of the company with cables which are built with huge investment. &ldquo;This has increased the expenses of the company, he said.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The regulatory body Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) has recently decided to reduce the pulse rate. For this, the pulse rate will be reduced to 10 seconds from the existing 20 seconds from mid- April and one second in the second phase six months later.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Pokhrel, Telecom has already implemented the first phase pulse rate and therefore, it is not going to affect the company&rsquo;s income for the time being. &ldquo;However, the pulse rate which is going to implement after six months will definitely affect the income of company, he said.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, Lochan Lal Amatya, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of NT mentioned that investment will not be made for the expansion of Wi-Max and CDMA from now onwards.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We are now focused on expanding 4G rapidly,&rdquo; he said, while stating that therefore, these services will be phased out within the next three to four years.&rdquo; However, the equipment already purchased for these services will be installed regularly.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Earlier, NRB published concept paper on determination and review of interest rate on March 16. NRB changing the time limit for alteration of interest rate requested for suggestions (if any) on the concept paper within seven days. Under the concept paper, BFIs can now alter the loan interest rate for only two times annually.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;However, NRB issued the directives as per the order of HC which is compelled to follow by all,&rdquo; said Narayan Prasad Poudel, Executive Director, Regulation Department and Spokesperson of NRB. &ldquo;The direction has end the monopolistic pattern of BFIs on setting loan interest rate,&rdquo; he added.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">He said that the directive has restricted BFIs on haphazard increase in loan interest rate against the agreed rate. &ldquo;This will increase good governance in financial system and also ease general people.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;Previously, in the absence of regulation policy and directive of NRB on interest rate, BFIs used to set the interest rate as per the demand and supply of the financial &nbsp;market,&rdquo; said Jhalak Prasad Khanal, CEO of Vibor Society Development Bank. &ldquo;However, after the NRB directive and HC&rsquo;s order, BFIs will act accordingly,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;</p>

According to the company, the new motorcycle is unique than other two-wheelers. The company informed that the new motorcycle is engineered with modern chassis having 373.3 cc triple sparks DTSI engine. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Issuing a press statement, the company informed that the bike that gives high speed of 148 kilometers per hour consisted of six speed gear box and slipper clutch.&nbsp; The Bajaj Dominar can run the speed of 0 to 100 km per hour in just 8.23 seconds and braking in just 46.19 meters from 100 to 0. The bike having advance liquid cooling system will ease the smoothness of engine for longer distanced ride as well. It is the most advanced product among the products produced by the company, reads the statement.</p>
