<p>According to the statement, some of the delicacies include Fish Amritsari, Tawa Keema Kaleji, Patiyala Shahi Seeken and Mini Kachori. Similarly, Samosa Chat, Aloo Papdi Chat, Badami Shorwa, Murg Makhani, Ratlami gosht, maa rajma dal and kesari jalebi are few other dishes to be served in the festival. </p>
<p>“The menu of the festival is designed by Chef Santosh Kumar Koradi, who recently joined Hyatt as an Executive Chef. The promotion is open for dinner only and is served from 6:30 PM till 10:30 PM, priced<br />
at NPR 2,000 per person plus taxes,” reads the statement. </p>
