<p>The government had announced the construction of the tunnel in the last budget statement with an aim of managing traffic congestion. The government also included the project in the recent budget statement but it has not even started discussions on the project, officials privy to the development told New Business Age.</p>

<p>Though the government has prioritised the project in the budget statement of current fiscal year 2017/18, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) and concerned authorities haven&#39;t taken any steps regarding this issue. The progress of the tunnel, which is also considered important in expansion of Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)&rsquo;s runway, is zero.</p>

<p>The &lsquo;Koteshwor-Suryabinayak Tunnel&rsquo; project is mentioned in list number 121 under the heading of Tourism Infrastructure in the current FY&#39;s budget. The project was mentioned in list number 169 of the previous FY budget under the heading of Transportation Infrastructure. The budget statement mentions that the tunnel construction will be initiated after carrying out a survey. The overview shows that the decision on which body will take responsibility of the Koteshwor-Jadibuti project is not clear. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

The progress of the tunnel, which is also considered important in expansion of Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)&rsquo;s runway, is zero.</p>

<p>The &lsquo;Koteshwor-Suryabinayak Tunnel&rsquo; project is mentioned in list number 121 under the heading of Tourism Infrastructure in the current FY&#39;s budget. The project was mentioned in list number 169 of the previous FY budget under the heading of Transportation Infrastructure. The budget statement mentions that the tunnel construction will be initiated after carrying out a survey. The overview shows that the decision on which body will take responsibility of the Koteshwor-Jadibuti project is not clear. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Addressing the demand of the Nepali smartphone users, the company announced the service to facilitate its customers in replacing damaged screen display of smartphones free of cost.</p>

<p>Under the scheme, the display screen of any mobile brand can be replaced at any of the outlets of Easy Mobile Care provided that the users have activated this service. As per a press statement issued by the company, the customers have to activate this service within one month after the purchase of new phones. The company said that it is planning to implement this service for old phones as well in the next phase.</p>

<p>The company said that it will change the display of smartphones of its customers at free within one year of activating this service, for which the users need to fill up a form with their personal details at the outlets of Easy Mobile Care.</p>

<p>The company&#39;s Chairman Sanjit Poudel said that the service has been started for the first time in Nepal to address the customer&#39;s problem when the display of their costly smartphones break down accidentally.</p>

<p>At present, the service is available only in Kathmandu valley. One can access the service through toll free number- 16600122999.</p>

<p>The company has also been delivering smart phones in monthly installment with down-payment of just Re 1.</p>

The budget statement mentions that the tunnel construction will be initiated after carrying out a survey. As per a press statement issued by the company, the customers have to activate this service within one month after the purchase of new phones. The company said that it is planning to implement this service for old phones as well in the next phase.</p>

<p>The company said that it will change the display of smartphones of its customers at free within one year of activating this service, for which the users need to fill up a form with their personal details at the outlets of Easy Mobile Care.</p>

<p>The company&#39;s Chairman Sanjit Poudel said that the service has been started for the first time in Nepal to address the customer&#39;s problem when the display of their costly smartphones break down accidentally.</p>

<p>At present, the service is available only in Kathmandu valley. One can access the service through toll free number- 16600122999.</p>

<p>The company has also been delivering smart phones in monthly installment with down-payment of just Re 1.</p>

The budget statement mentions that the tunnel construction will be initiated after carrying out a survey. As per a press statement issued by the company, the customers have to activate this service within one month after the purchase of new phones. The company said that it is planning to implement this service for old phones as well in the next phase.</p>

<p>The company said that it will change the display of smartphones of its customers at free within one year of activating this service, for which the users need to fill up a form with their personal details at the outlets of Easy Mobile Care.</p>

<p>The company&#39;s Chairman Sanjit Poudel said that the service has been started for the first time in Nepal to address the customer&#39;s problem when the display of their costly smartphones break down accidentally.</p>

<p>At present, the service is available only in Kathmandu valley. One can access the service through toll free number- 16600122999.</p>

<p>The company has also been delivering smart phones in monthly installment with down-payment of just Re 1.</p>
