A joint rescue team of Simrik Air and Chinese officials had been searching for him since May 11. <p>The 45-year-old climber had scaled 10 of the world&#39;s 14 highest peaks over 8,000 metres in the Himalayan and Karakoram mountains, according to a report published by AFP. The French news agency said that the climber was aiming to become the 20th person on earth to have conquered all 14 peaks over 8,000 metres without oxygen after climbing Everest next season.</p>

Due to the lack of renovation this year, it is likely to create more problems in the upcoming monsoon again.</p>

<p>The department has demanded Rs 3 billion from the government for the reconstruction and renovation of those damaged bridges and roads. According to Gautam, the department had been pleading with the finance minister to release the budget. However, the budget has not been obtained. But the department was informed that the National Reconstruction Authority will reconstruct the flood-damaged roads.</p>

<p>&nbsp;On the other hand, the authority&#39;s Information Officer Manohar Ghimire said that it will not take responsibility to reconstruct the flood-damaged roads as its steering committee has already decided not to work on road construction.</p>

<p>The Chinese team had arrived on May 21 for the feasibility study of Kerung-Kathmandu railway network. Discussions are underway between Nepal and China on railway connectivity along Kerung-Kathmandu-Pokhara-Lumbini. But for the time being, the feasibility study will focus on Kathmandu-Kerung &nbsp;network, informed Upadhyay.</p>

<p>According to him, the team will submit a report by the end of August.</p>

<p>Earlier, a team led by secretary at the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport (MoPIT), Madhu Sudhan Adhikari, visited China to hold discussions with Chinese officials regarding the feasibility study for the construction of Kerung-Kathmandu railway. Due to the lack of renovation this year, it is likely to create more problems in the upcoming monsoon again.</p>

<p>The department has demanded Rs 3 billion from the government for the reconstruction and renovation of those damaged bridges and roads. According to Gautam, the department had been pleading with the finance minister to release the budget. However, the budget has not been obtained. But the department was informed that the National Reconstruction Authority will reconstruct the flood-damaged roads.</p>

<p>&nbsp;On the other hand, the authority&#39;s Information Officer Manohar Ghimire said that it will not take responsibility to reconstruct the flood-damaged roads as its steering committee has already decided not to work on road construction.</p>

<p>The Chinese team had arrived on May 21 for the feasibility study of Kerung-Kathmandu railway network. Discussions are underway between Nepal and China on railway connectivity along Kerung-Kathmandu-Pokhara-Lumbini. But for the time being, the feasibility study will focus on Kathmandu-Kerung &nbsp;network, informed Upadhyay.</p>

<p>According to him, the team will submit a report by the end of August.</p>

<p>Earlier, a team led by secretary at the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport (MoPIT), Madhu Sudhan Adhikari, visited China to hold discussions with Chinese officials regarding the feasibility study for the construction of Kerung-Kathmandu railway. Due to the lack of renovation this year, it is likely to create more problems in the upcoming monsoon again.</p>

<p>The department has demanded Rs 3 billion from the government for the reconstruction and renovation of those damaged bridges and roads. According to Gautam, the department had been pleading with the finance minister to release the budget. However, the budget has not been obtained. But the department was informed that the National Reconstruction Authority will reconstruct the flood-damaged roads.</p>

<p>&nbsp;On the other hand, the authority&#39;s Information Officer Manohar Ghimire said that it will not take responsibility to reconstruct the flood-damaged roads as its steering committee has already decided not to work on road construction.</p>

The team will carry out the study from the Tokha of Kathmandu till the northern border in Rasuwa district.</p>

<p>The Chinese team had arrived on May 21 for the feasibility study of Kerung-Kathmandu railway network. Discussions are underway between Nepal and China on railway connectivity along Kerung-Kathmandu-Pokhara-Lumbini. But for the time being, the feasibility study will focus on Kathmandu-Kerung &nbsp;network, informed Upadhyay.</p>

<p>According to him, the team will submit a report by the end of August.</p>

<p>Earlier, a team led by secretary at the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport (MoPIT), Madhu Sudhan Adhikari, visited China to hold discussions with Chinese officials regarding the feasibility study for the construction of Kerung-Kathmandu railway. The meeting concluded that an in-depth research was needed due to the difficult topography in between Kerung and Kathmandu.</p>

<p>According to the Department of Roads, budget for the reconstruction of the damaged roads and bridges has not been available yet. The department&#39;s Spokesperson Mukti Gautam said, &quot;Due to the unavailability of budget, the department could not initiate the tender process for the reconstruction.&quot; &quot;Even if the budget is made available now, the reconstruction work is impossible as it needs 2/3 months for tender process,&quot; he added.</p>

<p>The floods had largely damaged the roads and bridges along the main highway and other link roads. &quot;The damaged roads and bridges are still being operated after temporary repair,&quot; informed Gautam. Due to the lack of renovation this year, it is likely to create more problems in the upcoming monsoon again.</p>

<p>The department has demanded Rs 3 billion from the government for the reconstruction and renovation of those damaged bridges and roads. According to Gautam, the department had been pleading with the finance minister to release the budget. However, the budget has not been obtained. But the department was informed that the National Reconstruction Authority will reconstruct the flood-damaged roads.</p>

<p>&nbsp;On the other hand, the authority&#39;s Information Officer Manohar Ghimire said that it will not take responsibility to reconstruct the flood-damaged roads as its steering committee has already decided not to work on road construction.</p>

<p>As per the laws, the central bank will take action against those banks not following the directives of its inspection units. Action will be taken based on the report of the inspection teams both offsite and onsite.</p>

<p>Similarly, based on the report of surveillance and inspection, BFIs will also be given a chance for improvement.</p>

But for the time being, the feasibility study will focus on Kathmandu-Kerung &nbsp;network, informed Upadhyay.</p>

<p>According to him, the team will submit a report by the end of August.</p>

<p>Earlier, a team led by secretary at the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport (MoPIT), Madhu Sudhan Adhikari, visited China to hold discussions with Chinese officials regarding the feasibility study for the construction of Kerung-Kathmandu railway. The meeting concluded that an in-depth research was needed due to the difficult topography in between Kerung and Kathmandu.</p>
