<p>According to Bhawani Rana, president at FNCCI, the budget didn&rsquo;t focus on encouraging private sector for increasing productivity.</p>

<p>&ldquo;To achieve the targeted economic growth, it is necessary for the government to reduce the ballooning trade deficit by increasing productivity and by encouraging the private sector,&rdquo; Rana said.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Some of the points of the budget are to be welcomed, but the government has ignored the private sector. Productivity won&rsquo;t increase unless government promotes investment. And, achieving targeted growth and creating new employment opportunities are impossible without investing in the productive sector,&rdquo; she added.</p>

<p>Likewise, Shekhar Golchha, senior vice-president of FNCCI, said that the budget of the newly formed government didn&rsquo;t address the problems and challenges of the economy.</p>

<p>The government has started preparation to establish an industrial estate in the capital of all provinces in line with the joint election manifesto of the erstwhile CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre).</p>

<p>The proposed industrial estates will be spread in an area of 1,000 <em>bigaha</em> land in each of the seven provinces.</p>

<p>According to Nanda Kishor Basnet, general manager of Industrial Estate Management Ltd (IEML), the process to acquire land to establish the industrial estates has already commenced.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The government should establish industrial estate in every province to generate a million jobs in the country within a decade,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>The industrial estate in provinces 1 and 2 will be established in Damak of Jhapa and Sagarnath of Sarlahi. Meanwhile, Province 3 will have industrial estates in Mayurdhap of Hetauda and Shaktikhor of Chitwan.</p>

<p>Similarly, industrial estate in Province 4 will be established in Chyanglifath of Gorkha. Likewise, Province 5 will have three industrial estates in Motipur of Butwal, Naubasta of Banke and Laxmipur of Dang.</p>

<p>Province 6 will have only one industrial estate in Satakhani of Surkhet. Meanwhile, three industrial estates will be established in Province 7 in Lamki of Kailali, Daigi and Dodhara-Chandani of Kanchanpur.</p>

<p>Scholarships are provided on the basis of annual scores of first, second and third years and students receive it for studying the second, third and fourth years, respectively. The 12 scholarships receivers include three toppers, one each from electrical, electronics and communication, and computer faculties and one female topper among all female students of these three faculties from each batch.</p>

<p>Ncell Excellence Awards, on the other hand, are given to the students graduating with top scores from each of these faculties and also to a female student graduating with top scores among all female students of these three faculties. Each Ncell Scholarship and Ncell Excellence Awards carries a purse of Rs 100,000.</p>

<p>Ncell said it has been keeping education sector in its CSR priority list and carrying out various programmes since 2010. Under this, 14 girls of remote districts of Karnali and other rural districts, who got good grades among female students in SLC, but faced financial difficulties to continue further education, have received Ncell Girls Scholarships.</p>

<p>Likewise, Ncell has established 16 digital libraries to support digital education, and supported 44 community schools to equip them with educational infrastructures such as classrooms, drinking water, toilets and sports, among others. Together, these supports have benefitted over 25,000 students in rural Nepal.</p>

<p>Apart from these, Ncell, under its CSR initiatives, has also supported young talents to unleash their digital potential, contributed to promote Nepali literature, art, music, sports such as football and cricket, among others. The company has also contributed in health sector and environmental conservation through different CSR projects.</p>

<p>Likewise, Shekhar Golchha, senior vice-president of FNCCI, said that the budget of the newly formed government didn&rsquo;t address the problems and challenges of the economy.</p>

<p>According to Nanda Kishor Basnet, general manager of Industrial Estate Management Ltd (IEML), the process to acquire land to establish the industrial estates has already commenced.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The government should establish industrial estate in every province to generate a million jobs in the country within a decade,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>The industrial estate in provinces 1 and 2 will be established in Damak of Jhapa and Sagarnath of Sarlahi. Meanwhile, Province 3 will have industrial estates in Mayurdhap of Hetauda and Shaktikhor of Chitwan.</p>

<p>Similarly, industrial estate in Province 4 will be established in Chyanglifath of Gorkha. Likewise, Province 5 will have three industrial estates in Motipur of Butwal, Naubasta of Banke and Laxmipur of Dang.</p>

<p>Twelve Ncell Scholarships were handed over to the topper students of BE electrical, electrics and communication, and computer amid a function. Similarly, four students who graduated from these faculties securing highest marks received Ncell Excellence Awards.</p>

<p>Scholarships are provided on the basis of annual scores of first, second and third years and students receive it for studying the second, third and fourth years, respectively. The 12 scholarships receivers include three toppers, one each from electrical, electronics and communication, and computer faculties and one female topper among all female students of these three faculties from each batch.</p>

<p>Ncell Excellence Awards, on the other hand, are given to the students graduating with top scores from each of these faculties and also to a female student graduating with top scores among all female students of these three faculties. Each Ncell Scholarship and Ncell Excellence Awards carries a purse of Rs 100,000.</p>

<p>Ncell said it has been keeping education sector in its CSR priority list and carrying out various programmes since 2010. Under this, 14 girls of remote districts of Karnali and other rural districts, who got good grades among female students in SLC, but faced financial difficulties to continue further education, have received Ncell Girls Scholarships.</p>

<p>Likewise, Ncell has established 16 digital libraries to support digital education, and supported 44 community schools to equip them with educational infrastructures such as classrooms, drinking water, toilets and sports, among others. Together, these supports have benefitted over 25,000 students in rural Nepal.</p>

<p>Apart from these, Ncell, under its CSR initiatives, has also supported young talents to unleash their digital potential, contributed to promote Nepali literature, art, music, sports such as football and cricket, among others. The company has also contributed in health sector and environmental conservation through different CSR projects.</p>

<p>Likewise, Shekhar Golchha, senior vice-president of FNCCI, said that the budget of the newly formed government didn&rsquo;t address the problems and challenges of the economy.</p>

<p>The proposed industrial estates will be spread in an area of 1,000 <em>bigaha</em> land in each of the seven provinces.</p>

<p>According to Nanda Kishor Basnet, general manager of Industrial Estate Management Ltd (IEML), the process to acquire land to establish the industrial estates has already commenced.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The government should establish industrial estate in every province to generate a million jobs in the country within a decade,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>The industrial estate in provinces 1 and 2 will be established in Damak of Jhapa and Sagarnath of Sarlahi. Meanwhile, Province 3 will have industrial estates in Mayurdhap of Hetauda and Shaktikhor of Chitwan.</p>

<p>Twelve Ncell Scholarships were handed over to the topper students of BE electrical, electrics and communication, and computer amid a function. Similarly, four students who graduated from these faculties securing highest marks received Ncell Excellence Awards.</p>

<p>As a responsible corporate entity, Ncell said it remains committed towards nurturing young talents.</p>

<p>&quot;Ncell Scholarships and Excellence Awards resonates the company&rsquo;s commitment to contribute towards the development of young talents and future leaders. Ncell Scholarships and Excellence Awards over these five years have honoured hard work of the students, encouraging academic excellence. Ncell feels proud to be associated with IoE for this noble cause,&quot; the statement further said.</p>

<p>Scholarships are provided on the basis of annual scores of first, second and third years and students receive it for studying the second, third and fourth years, respectively. The 12 scholarships receivers include three toppers, one each from electrical, electronics and communication, and computer faculties and one female topper among all female students of these three faculties from each batch.</p>

<p>Ncell Excellence Awards, on the other hand, are given to the students graduating with top scores from each of these faculties and also to a female student graduating with top scores among all female students of these three faculties. Each Ncell Scholarship and Ncell Excellence Awards carries a purse of Rs 100,000.</p>

<p>Ncell said it has been keeping education sector in its CSR priority list and carrying out various programmes since 2010. Under this, 14 girls of remote districts of Karnali and other rural districts, who got good grades among female students in SLC, but faced financial difficulties to continue further education, have received Ncell Girls Scholarships.</p>

<p>Likewise, Ncell has established 16 digital libraries to support digital education, and supported 44 community schools to equip them with educational infrastructures such as classrooms, drinking water, toilets and sports, among others. Together, these supports have benefitted over 25,000 students in rural Nepal.</p>

<p>Apart from these, Ncell, under its CSR initiatives, has also supported young talents to unleash their digital potential, contributed to promote Nepali literature, art, music, sports such as football and cricket, among others. The company has also contributed in health sector and environmental conservation through different CSR projects.</p>

And, achieving targeted growth and creating new employment opportunities are impossible without investing in the productive sector,&rdquo; she added.</p>

<p>Likewise, Shekhar Golchha, senior vice-president of FNCCI, said that the budget of the newly formed government didn&rsquo;t address the problems and challenges of the economy.</p>

<p>The government has started preparation to establish an industrial estate in the capital of all provinces in line with the joint election manifesto of the erstwhile CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre).</p>

<p>The proposed industrial estates will be spread in an area of 1,000 <em>bigaha</em> land in each of the seven provinces.</p>

<p>According to Nanda Kishor Basnet, general manager of Industrial Estate Management Ltd (IEML), the process to acquire land to establish the industrial estates has already commenced.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The government should establish industrial estate in every province to generate a million jobs in the country within a decade,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>The industrial estate in provinces 1 and 2 will be established in Damak of Jhapa and Sagarnath of Sarlahi. Meanwhile, Province 3 will have industrial estates in Mayurdhap of Hetauda and Shaktikhor of Chitwan.</p>

<p>Similarly, industrial estate in Province 4 will be established in Chyanglifath of Gorkha. Likewise, Province 5 will have three industrial estates in Motipur of Butwal, Naubasta of Banke and Laxmipur of Dang.</p>

<p>Province 6 will have only one industrial estate in Satakhani of Surkhet. Meanwhile, three industrial estates will be established in Province 7 in Lamki of Kailali, Daigi and Dodhara-Chandani of Kanchanpur.</p>

<p>Scholarships are provided on the basis of annual scores of first, second and third years and students receive it for studying the second, third and fourth years, respectively. The 12 scholarships receivers include three toppers, one each from electrical, electronics and communication, and computer faculties and one female topper among all female students of these three faculties from each batch.</p>

<p>Ncell Excellence Awards, on the other hand, are given to the students graduating with top scores from each of these faculties and also to a female student graduating with top scores among all female students of these three faculties. Each Ncell Scholarship and Ncell Excellence Awards carries a purse of Rs 100,000.</p>

<p>Ncell said it has been keeping education sector in its CSR priority list and carrying out various programmes since 2010. Under this, 14 girls of remote districts of Karnali and other rural districts, who got good grades among female students in SLC, but faced financial difficulties to continue further education, have received Ncell Girls Scholarships.</p>

<p>Likewise, Ncell has established 16 digital libraries to support digital education, and supported 44 community schools to equip them with educational infrastructures such as classrooms, drinking water, toilets and sports, among others. Together, these supports have benefitted over 25,000 students in rural Nepal.</p>

<p>Apart from these, Ncell, under its CSR initiatives, has also supported young talents to unleash their digital potential, contributed to promote Nepali literature, art, music, sports such as football and cricket, among others. The company has also contributed in health sector and environmental conservation through different CSR projects.</p>
