If our law does not take into consideration those developments, we cannot promote investment in industrial sector,” said Sharma.</p> <p>Among others, he urged the government to change the provision that put restriction on selling the land bought by industrialists for setting up industry. He also said that it will be very onerous for industries, mostly small and medium level industries, to share their data with the Department of Industries in every six months as stated in the draft bill of the act.</p> <p>According to SEJON, Dr Shankar Sharma, former vice chairperson of the National Planning Commission, underlined the need of strong coordination between various government agencies for the effective implementation of the act.</p> <p> “There are several good provisions in the draft bill despite some weaknesses. He has also allegedly paid advance for two more houses. The CIAA has claimed that he has purchased plots of land in 11 different places of Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur and Kavre and the estimated cost of all the land is said to be Rs 116.1 million. If our law does not take into consideration those developments, we cannot promote investment in industrial sector,” said Sharma.</p> <p>Among others, he urged the government to change the provision that put restriction on selling the land bought by industrialists for setting up industry. He also said that it will be very onerous for industries, mostly small and medium level industries, to share their data with the Department of Industries in every six months as stated in the draft bill of the act.</p> <p>According to SEJON, Dr Shankar Sharma, former vice chairperson of the National Planning Commission, underlined the need of strong coordination between various government agencies for the effective implementation of the act.</p> <p> “There are several good provisions in the draft bill despite some weaknesses. Last year, the figure was high due to the elections.</p> <p>The figure of people setting out for abroad jobs in the first five months went down by 41.2 percent as compared to the corresponding period last year while the remittance flow increased by 36 percent.</p> <p>According to the NRB, the remittance flow in the first four months of the current fiscal increased by 36.4 percent and reached Rs 3312.26 billion. He has also allegedly paid advance for two more houses. The CIAA has claimed that he has purchased plots of land in 11 different places of Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur and Kavre and the estimated cost of all the land is said to be Rs 116.1 million. Only international flights used to operate at night. According to the airport sources, 25 flight schedules of various airlines had been approved for night flights in the fourth week of August, RSS further reported. As per this approved schedule, Buddha Air had proposed 14 flights, Shree Airlines four flights and Yeti Airlines seven flights.</p> <p>The government had brought the International Airport into operation for 21 hours since May 21. At present, the airport is open for 22 hours daily after the domestic terminal building started operation from 5 am since September 1 last year. If our law does not take into consideration those developments, we cannot promote investment in industrial sector,” said Sharma.</p> <p>Among others, he urged the government to change the provision that put restriction on selling the land bought by industrialists for setting up industry. He also said that it will be very onerous for industries, mostly small and medium level industries, to share their data with the Department of Industries in every six months as stated in the draft bill of the act.</p> <p>According to SEJON, Dr Shankar Sharma, former vice chairperson of the National Planning Commission, underlined the need of strong coordination between various government agencies for the effective implementation of the act.</p> <p> “There are several good provisions in the draft bill despite some weaknesses. Only international flights used to operate at night. According to the airport sources, 25 flight schedules of various airlines had been approved for night flights in the fourth week of August, RSS further reported. As per this approved schedule, Buddha Air had proposed 14 flights, Shree Airlines four flights and Yeti Airlines seven flights.</p> <p>The government had brought the International Airport into operation for 21 hours since May 21. At present, the airport is open for 22 hours daily after the domestic terminal building started operation from 5 am since September 1 last year.
