<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Among the eight municipalities in the district, Triyuga, Chaudandi Gadhi, and Katari Municipality have the highest number of youths going abroad for foreign employment. Limchungbung, Rautamai, and Udayapur Gadhi Rural Municipality have a significant number of youths going abroad for foreign employment.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">According to Bijanakumari Basnet, the coordinator of SaMi in Udayapur, the number of youths going to Malaysia from the district is the highest. After Malaysia, she mentioned that youths have been going to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait. According to the District Police Office, in the year 2079, the number of youths from the district going for foreign employment is 8,268.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">&quot;In the previous years, the youths went for foreign employment without proper training and orientation, which resulted in them facing many problems abroad,&quot; said Basnet, the coordinator. </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Currently, in coordination with the local municipalities, various training programs related to work and providing inspiration, advice, and suggestions are being conducted to reduce the problems faced while going for foreign employment, Basnet informed. </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:20px">The trend among the youths to leave for the foreign jobs is increasing rapidly due to limited employment opportunities in the country.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:20px">Apart from people going to the foreign country on work permit, the number of people moving to foreign countries on student visa is also huge.&nbsp; According to Rastriya Samachar Samiti, 80,000 students have received No Objection letter(NOC)from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in the eight months of the current fiscal year.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:20px">Of late, remittance sent by Nepalis employed abroad has become a lifeline to Nepal&rsquo;s economy. Foreign employment and remittances have proved to be instrumental to lift the economic conditions of impoverished families in Nepal.&nbsp;<br />
The remittance has temporary benefits for the country and its economy. It will be fatal to the country&rsquo;s economy in the long run,&nbsp;experts warned.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:20px">Of late, remittance sent by Nepalis employed abroad has become a lifeline to Nepal&rsquo;s economy. Foreign employment and remittances have proved to be instrumental to lift the economic conditions of impoverished families in Nepal.&nbsp;<br />

<p><span style="font-size:18px">A new provision has been made to issue labour permit on the basis of contract permit to work in the destination country and on the basis of the contract signed between the employers and workers.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px">Earlier, the government had been issuing two-year work permit to all individuals going for overseas employment. The government has made arrangement to provide re-labour permit from Nepali diplomatic missions in destination countries, said Spokesperson at the Ministry, Danduraj Ghimire.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px">Nepali migrant workers in the destination countries had to face many problems for lack of effective implementation of re-labour permit provision.&nbsp;</span><br />
