			'content' => '<p>October 18: Targeting the Tihar festival, around 300,000 garlands have been imported to Nepal from India. According to the Floriculture Association Nepal (FAN), marigold garlands worth Rs 12 million have been imported for the festival.</p>

<p>Kumar Kasaju Shrestha, president of FAN, said that the flowers were imported for Tihar as the required quantity could not be produced within the country.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Last year, only 200,000 garlands were imported. However, the import has increased this year as the demand for marigold garland is high,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>FAN informed that despite the increase in import, the price is cheap this year. Last year, around &nbsp;200,000 garlands worth Rs 15 million had been imported from India.</p>

<p>Nepal imports flowers from India during other times of the year as well. Different flowers and garlands worth Rs 100 million are imported from India annually, according to Shrestha.</p>

<p>The inability to produce flowers in Nepal as per the demand is the reason why Nepal imports flowers of such huge quantity every year. &ldquo;Local floriculturists produce flowers all the year round,&rdquo; Shrestha told New Business Age, adding, &ldquo;But the consumption is very less in other times except during festivals like Tihar.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Fearing loss during off-season, they produce less quantity of flowers. He said very few garlands are consumed in normal days.</p>

<p>The demand for flowers has gone up by 36.36 percent in comparison to last year, FAN stated.</p>

<p>There is a demand for 100,000 pieces of chrysanthemum, 300,000 globe amaranth and 1.1 million marigold in the market for Tihar festival. According to FAN, though the country is self-sufficient in chrysanthemum and globe amaranth flowers, marigold has to be imported from India. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Under this pack, both GSM prepaid and postpaid customers will get 1GB data volume for only Rs 100. The data purchased under this pack will be valid for 21 days. Likewise, the customers can also buy 500 MB data for Rs 60. This offer will be valid till November 1.</p>

<p><strong>Free 4G Sim Exchange</strong></p>

<p>The NT customers can exchange their Sim card with U-sim for free under this offer. The fourth generation service NT is providing can be enjoyed only using the U-sim.</p>

<p><strong>Voice pack</strong></p>

<p>Customers can enjoy 11 minutes of voice call under NT network for only Rs 10. Both GSM prepaid and postpaid customers can enjoy the service. The service is valid for a single day to a month. Likewise, customers should only pay Rs 25 for 30 minutes, Rs 50 for 75 minutes, Rs 100 for 200 minutes and Rs 300 for 650 minutes. The customers can activate this service from October 18 to October 15. The company has also brought other various offers to the customers.</p>

<p>The dealership has been established with an intention to meet the growing demand for Hyundai vehicles in and around Janakpur market, reads a press statement issued by the company.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 3S Center was jointly inaugurated by Baidhya Nath Sah, chairman, Om Automobiles and Rupesh Sharma Bhatta, deputy general manager of Laxmi InterContinental Pvt Ltd.</p>

<p>Located at a strategic area in Janakpur, the company said that the new international standard Hyundai 3S center&rsquo;s showroom can display 5 to 7 cars and is equipped with full hi-tech workshop, staffed by professionally trained technicians and has air-conditioned and WIFI enabled customer lounge.</p>

<p>The service facility has the capacity to handle about up to 300 vehicles in a month with highly sophisticated and modern equipment, dedicated express service bay, ample service parking area, making this facility truly world-class, reads the statement.&nbsp; Along with this, the facility also has dedicated area and enough stock for Hyundai&rsquo;s genuine spare parts.</p>

<p>The company said that customers can experience a host of primary and value-added services of Hyundai motor&rsquo;s entire range of passenger vehicles, through trained professionals at Hyundai&rsquo;s new dealership branch in Janakpur.</p>

<p>&ldquo;To ensure the best Hyundai experience, the entire team at the new dealership in Janakpur has been trained under Hyundai Training Center in Nepal,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p>Laxmi InterContinental said it is not only focusing inside Kathmandu but also reaching out to customers who are residing outside Kathmandu valley. The company said it has established 14 dealers in major cities of Nepal like Pokhara, Narayanghat, Butwal, Dang, Biratnagar, Damak, Birtamod, Banepa, Dhanghadi, Bhairahawa, Itahari, Nepalgunj, Hetauda and Janakpur.</p>

			'content' => '<p>October 18: Targeting the Tihar festival, around 300,000 garlands have been imported to Nepal from India. According to the Floriculture Association Nepal (FAN), marigold garlands worth Rs 12 million have been imported for the festival.</p>

<p>Kumar Kasaju Shrestha, president of FAN, said that the flowers were imported for Tihar as the required quantity could not be produced within the country.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Last year, only 200,000 garlands were imported. However, the import has increased this year as the demand for marigold garland is high,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>FAN informed that despite the increase in import, the price is cheap this year. Last year, around &nbsp;200,000 garlands worth Rs 15 million had been imported from India.</p>

<p>Nepal imports flowers from India during other times of the year as well. Different flowers and garlands worth Rs 100 million are imported from India annually, according to Shrestha.</p>

<p>The inability to produce flowers in Nepal as per the demand is the reason why Nepal imports flowers of such huge quantity every year. &ldquo;Local floriculturists produce flowers all the year round,&rdquo; Shrestha told New Business Age, adding, &ldquo;But the consumption is very less in other times except during festivals like Tihar.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Fearing loss during off-season, they produce less quantity of flowers. He said very few garlands are consumed in normal days.</p>

<p>The demand for flowers has gone up by 36.36 percent in comparison to last year, FAN stated.</p>

<p>There is a demand for 100,000 pieces of chrysanthemum, 300,000 globe amaranth and 1.1 million marigold in the market for Tihar festival. According to FAN, though the country is self-sufficient in chrysanthemum and globe amaranth flowers, marigold has to be imported from India. &nbsp;</p>

			'content' => '<p>October 18: Targeting the Tihar festival, around 300,000 garlands have been imported to Nepal from India. According to the Floriculture Association Nepal (FAN), marigold garlands worth Rs 12 million have been imported for the festival.</p>

<p>Kumar Kasaju Shrestha, president of FAN, said that the flowers were imported for Tihar as the required quantity could not be produced within the country.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Last year, only 200,000 garlands were imported. However, the import has increased this year as the demand for marigold garland is high,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>FAN informed that despite the increase in import, the price is cheap this year. Last year, around &nbsp;200,000 garlands worth Rs 15 million had been imported from India.</p>

<p>Nepal imports flowers from India during other times of the year as well. Different flowers and garlands worth Rs 100 million are imported from India annually, according to Shrestha.</p>

<p>The inability to produce flowers in Nepal as per the demand is the reason why Nepal imports flowers of such huge quantity every year. &ldquo;Local floriculturists produce flowers all the year round,&rdquo; Shrestha told New Business Age, adding, &ldquo;But the consumption is very less in other times except during festivals like Tihar.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Fearing loss during off-season, they produce less quantity of flowers. He said very few garlands are consumed in normal days.</p>

<p>The demand for flowers has gone up by 36.36 percent in comparison to last year, FAN stated.</p>

<p>There is a demand for 100,000 pieces of chrysanthemum, 300,000 globe amaranth and 1.1 million marigold in the market for Tihar festival. According to FAN, though the country is self-sufficient in chrysanthemum and globe amaranth flowers, marigold has to be imported from India. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Kumar Kasaju Shrestha, president of FAN, said that the flowers were imported for Tihar as the required quantity could not be produced within the country.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Last year, only 200,000 garlands were imported. However, the import has increased this year as the demand for marigold garland is high,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>FAN informed that despite the increase in import, the price is cheap this year. Last year, around &nbsp;200,000 garlands worth Rs 15 million had been imported from India.</p>

<p>Nepal imports flowers from India during other times of the year as well. Different flowers and garlands worth Rs 100 million are imported from India annually, according to Shrestha.</p>

<p>The inability to produce flowers in Nepal as per the demand is the reason why Nepal imports flowers of such huge quantity every year. &ldquo;Local floriculturists produce flowers all the year round,&rdquo; Shrestha told New Business Age, adding, &ldquo;But the consumption is very less in other times except during festivals like Tihar.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Fearing loss during off-season, they produce less quantity of flowers. He said very few garlands are consumed in normal days.</p>

<p>The demand for flowers has gone up by 36.36 percent in comparison to last year, FAN stated.</p>

<p>There is a demand for 100,000 pieces of chrysanthemum, 300,000 globe amaranth and 1.1 million marigold in the market for Tihar festival. According to FAN, though the country is self-sufficient in chrysanthemum and globe amaranth flowers, marigold has to be imported from India. &nbsp;</p>
