<p>The system will be operated with the assistance of Asian Development Bank (ADB). The required software has also been developed for the implementation of online tracking system.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;The first three months will be trial period for the implementation of the system,&rdquo; informed Sainju, adding, &ldquo;The government is implementing the system especially for the goods that are imported from third countries via India.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The ministry claims that the agreement for this has already been made. India itself has also develop required software for this, informed the ministry.</p>

<p>According to the ministry, with the implementation of the system, the entry of goods arriving from third countries will be fast. Sainju informed that the system will be made compulsory once the trial period is finished.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>President of the Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries Shyam Prasad Giri said that the government should give 15 per cent cash incentives to help increase export of genuine Nepali products keeping in mind the inflation.</p>

<p>He urged for an arrangement of a basket fund under the Nepal Rastra Bank. According to Giri, the money can be mobilised in productive sectors through branches of BFIs. &nbsp;He said that the Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund has not been able to work effectively and therefore this fund should be categorized under different sub-heads and a separate fund should be formed with the investment collaboration with donor agencies.</p>

<p>According to the report, smartphone users have increased by 10 percent while Ncell customers have also grown by 10.19 percent as compared to 2016.</p>

<p>Telecom companies believe that increase in the number of mobile phone users, decrease in data charge and fall in the prices of smartphones have contributed in the rise in number of smartphone users.</p>

<p>Ncell claimed that it registered 1.5 million new users between January to December in 2017. Axiata informed that it has slashed the rate of international trunk calls by 19.6 percent. The reduction in international calls is a result of customers using different applications like Whattsapp, Viber, Emo, Skype among others to keep in touch with their family members and friends living abroad, the report said.</p>

<p>According to the report, Ncell&rsquo;s total income in 2017 was around Rs 58 billion. The report said that internet service contributed to 19 percent of the total income. Around 44 percent of Ncell users have subscribed for mobile data for internet service. Ncell said that the use of internet service has increased after introducing 4G service in February 2017.</p>

<p>Ncell has been providing 4G service in 21 cities across the country.</p>

<p>Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli inaugurated the fair in the presence of FNCCI&#39;s President Bhawani Rana, Sebior Vice President Shekhar Golchha, Finance Minister Yuwa Raj Khatiwada and other representatives of different national and international business organisations.</p>

<p>Speaking at the programme, PM Oli said that the government is creating suitable environment for employment and production at the national level. He said that the government is planning e-governance by maximum utilization of modern technology.</p>

<p>&quot;No one will be dying of hunger in Nepal in the near future,&quot; he said. Since Nepal is heading towards economic prosperity after a period of transition and the successful completion of all levels of elections, there is very positive environment for industrial growth and expansion, said Oli.</p>

<p>&quot;The government can strive for economic prosperity with the support from private sector,&rdquo; he said urging all the private sectors to increase investment focusing on the quality of products.</p>

<p>&quot;Neighboring countries are also positive to collaborate with us for investment. So, if we create favorable environment, there is suitable atmosphere for investment in Nepal,&quot; added Oli.</p>

<p>Similarly, Finance Minister Yuwa Raj Khatiwada stressed on increasing export of national products cautioning that the rate of import has increased by 14 folds as compared to export.</p>

<p>The event, promoted by the Trade and Export Promotion Center is participated by entrepreneurs from Nepal, India , China, Bangladesh and Pakistan . Lalitpur District Chambers of Commerce and Federation of Handicrafts Association of Nepal are the co-sponsors of the event.</p>

<p>This is the seventh edition of the annual trade fair with the theme of &lsquo;Showcasing Nepal and the Globe&rsquo;.</p>

<p>Handicraft products and Nepal Trade Integration Strategy (NTIS) products are the major attractions of the trade fair, informed the organisers.</p>

<p>According to the embassy, the Government of India is partnering with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) for providing Socio-Technical Facilitation to 26,912 home owners in Gorkha and 23,088 homeowners in Nuwakot districts, respectively.</p>

<p>Socio-technical teams from UNDP and UNOPS will assist home owners to reconstruct their homes as per the Government of Nepal&rsquo;s earthquake resistant norms. They will also guide them through the inspection and certification process at different stages of construction so as to enable them to have access to various tranches of housing grant, reads the statement.</p>

<p>The partnership agreements were signed by Ajay Kumar, deputy chief of mission at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu; Renaud Meyer, country director of UNDP Nepal and Sanjay Mathur, regional director of UNOPS Asia Region.</p>

<p>The signing ceremony was attended by CEO of the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) and other senior government officers from NRA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development and Ministry of Urban Development, among others.</p>

<p>The ministry claims that the agreement for this has already been made. India itself has also develop required software for this, informed the ministry.</p>

According to Giri, the money can be mobilised in productive sectors through branches of BFIs. &nbsp;He said that the Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund has not been able to work effectively and therefore this fund should be categorized under different sub-heads and a separate fund should be formed with the investment collaboration with donor agencies.</p>

<p>According to the report, smartphone users have increased by 10 percent while Ncell customers have also grown by 10.19 percent as compared to 2016.</p>

<p>Telecom companies believe that increase in the number of mobile phone users, decrease in data charge and fall in the prices of smartphones have contributed in the rise in number of smartphone users.</p>

<p>Ncell claimed that it registered 1.5 million new users between January to December in 2017. Axiata informed that it has slashed the rate of international trunk calls by 19.6 percent. The reduction in international calls is a result of customers using different applications like Whattsapp, Viber, Emo, Skype among others to keep in touch with their family members and friends living abroad, the report said.</p>

<p>According to the report, Ncell&rsquo;s total income in 2017 was around Rs 58 billion. The report said that internet service contributed to 19 percent of the total income. Around 44 percent of Ncell users have subscribed for mobile data for internet service. Ncell said that the use of internet service has increased after introducing 4G service in February 2017.</p>

<p>&quot;The government can strive for economic prosperity with the support from private sector,&rdquo; he said urging all the private sectors to increase investment focusing on the quality of products.</p>

<p>&quot;Neighboring countries are also positive to collaborate with us for investment. So, if we create favorable environment, there is suitable atmosphere for investment in Nepal,&quot; added Oli.</p>

<p>Similarly, Finance Minister Yuwa Raj Khatiwada stressed on increasing export of national products cautioning that the rate of import has increased by 14 folds as compared to export.</p>

<p>The event, promoted by the Trade and Export Promotion Center is participated by entrepreneurs from Nepal, India , China, Bangladesh and Pakistan . Lalitpur District Chambers of Commerce and Federation of Handicrafts Association of Nepal are the co-sponsors of the event.</p>

<p>This is the seventh edition of the annual trade fair with the theme of &lsquo;Showcasing Nepal and the Globe&rsquo;.</p>

<p>According to the embassy, the Government of India is partnering with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) for providing Socio-Technical Facilitation to 26,912 home owners in Gorkha and 23,088 homeowners in Nuwakot districts, respectively.</p>

<p>Socio-technical teams from UNDP and UNOPS will assist home owners to reconstruct their homes as per the Government of Nepal&rsquo;s earthquake resistant norms. They will also guide them through the inspection and certification process at different stages of construction so as to enable them to have access to various tranches of housing grant, reads the statement.</p>

<p>The partnership agreements were signed by Ajay Kumar, deputy chief of mission at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu; Renaud Meyer, country director of UNDP Nepal and Sanjay Mathur, regional director of UNOPS Asia Region.</p>

<p>The signing ceremony was attended by CEO of the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) and other senior government officers from NRA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development and Ministry of Urban Development, among others.</p>

<p>The system will be operated with the assistance of Asian Development Bank (ADB). <p>President of the Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries Shyam Prasad Giri said that the government should give 15 per cent cash incentives to help increase export of genuine Nepali products keeping in mind the inflation.</p>

<p>He urged for an arrangement of a basket fund under the Nepal Rastra Bank. According to Giri, the money can be mobilised in productive sectors through branches of BFIs. &nbsp;He said that the Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund has not been able to work effectively and therefore this fund should be categorized under different sub-heads and a separate fund should be formed with the investment collaboration with donor agencies.</p>

<p>According to the report, smartphone users have increased by 10 percent while Ncell customers have also grown by 10.19 percent as compared to 2016.</p>

<p>Telecom companies believe that increase in the number of mobile phone users, decrease in data charge and fall in the prices of smartphones have contributed in the rise in number of smartphone users.</p>

<p>Ncell claimed that it registered 1.5 million new users between January to December in 2017. Axiata informed that it has slashed the rate of international trunk calls by 19.6 percent. The reduction in international calls is a result of customers using different applications like Whattsapp, Viber, Emo, Skype among others to keep in touch with their family members and friends living abroad, the report said.</p>

<p>According to the report, Ncell&rsquo;s total income in 2017 was around Rs 58 billion. The report said that internet service contributed to 19 percent of the total income. Around 44 percent of Ncell users have subscribed for mobile data for internet service. Ncell said that the use of internet service has increased after introducing 4G service in February 2017.</p>

<p>Ncell has been providing 4G service in 21 cities across the country.</p>

They will also guide them through the inspection and certification process at different stages of construction so as to enable them to have access to various tranches of housing grant, reads the statement.</p>

<p>The partnership agreements were signed by Ajay Kumar, deputy chief of mission at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu; Renaud Meyer, country director of UNDP Nepal and Sanjay Mathur, regional director of UNOPS Asia Region.</p>

<p>The system will be operated with the assistance of Asian Development Bank (ADB). According to Rabi Shankar Sainju, spokesperson at the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), the government is all set to introduce the system with an aim to simplify trade. The required software has also been developed for the implementation of online tracking system.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;The first three months will be trial period for the implementation of the system,&rdquo; informed Sainju, adding, &ldquo;The government is implementing the system especially for the goods that are imported from third countries via India.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The ministry claims that the agreement for this has already been made. India itself has also develop required software for this, informed the ministry.</p>

<p>According to the ministry, with the implementation of the system, the entry of goods arriving from third countries will be fast. Sainju informed that the system will be made compulsory once the trial period is finished.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>President of the Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries Shyam Prasad Giri said that the government should give 15 per cent cash incentives to help increase export of genuine Nepali products keeping in mind the inflation.</p>

<p>He urged for an arrangement of a basket fund under the Nepal Rastra Bank. According to Giri, the money can be mobilised in productive sectors through branches of BFIs. &nbsp;He said that the Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund has not been able to work effectively and therefore this fund should be categorized under different sub-heads and a separate fund should be formed with the investment collaboration with donor agencies.</p>

<p>According to the report, smartphone users have increased by 10 percent while Ncell customers have also grown by 10.19 percent as compared to 2016.</p>

<p>Telecom companies believe that increase in the number of mobile phone users, decrease in data charge and fall in the prices of smartphones have contributed in the rise in number of smartphone users.</p>

<p>Ncell claimed that it registered 1.5 million new users between January to December in 2017. Axiata informed that it has slashed the rate of international trunk calls by 19.6 percent. The reduction in international calls is a result of customers using different applications like Whattsapp, Viber, Emo, Skype among others to keep in touch with their family members and friends living abroad, the report said.</p>

<p>According to the report, Ncell&rsquo;s total income in 2017 was around Rs 58 billion. The report said that internet service contributed to 19 percent of the total income. Around 44 percent of Ncell users have subscribed for mobile data for internet service. Ncell said that the use of internet service has increased after introducing 4G service in February 2017.</p>

<p>Ncell has been providing 4G service in 21 cities across the country.</p>

<p>Similarly, Finance Minister Yuwa Raj Khatiwada stressed on increasing export of national products cautioning that the rate of import has increased by 14 folds as compared to export.</p>

<p>The event, promoted by the Trade and Export Promotion Center is participated by entrepreneurs from Nepal, India , China, Bangladesh and Pakistan . Lalitpur District Chambers of Commerce and Federation of Handicrafts Association of Nepal are the co-sponsors of the event.</p>

<p>Socio-technical teams from UNDP and UNOPS will assist home owners to reconstruct their homes as per the Government of Nepal&rsquo;s earthquake resistant norms. They will also guide them through the inspection and certification process at different stages of construction so as to enable them to have access to various tranches of housing grant, reads the statement.</p>

<p>The partnership agreements were signed by Ajay Kumar, deputy chief of mission at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu; Renaud Meyer, country director of UNDP Nepal and Sanjay Mathur, regional director of UNOPS Asia Region.</p>

<p>The signing ceremony was attended by CEO of the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) and other senior government officers from NRA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development and Ministry of Urban Development, among others.</p>
