Axiata informed that it has slashed the rate of international trunk calls by 19.6 percent. The reduction in international calls is a result of customers using different applications like Whattsapp, Viber, Emo, Skype among others to keep in touch with their family members and friends living abroad, the report said.</p> <p>According to the report, Ncell’s total income in 2017 was around Rs 58 billion. The report said that internet service contributed to 19 percent of the total income. Around 44 percent of Ncell users have subscribed for mobile data for internet service. Axiata informed that it has slashed the rate of international trunk calls by 19.6 percent.
