<p>While day one of the event was dedicated to partners, the Samsung leadership met media spanning from print to digital on the second day. The team engaged with B2B partners on the last day.</p>

<p>Samsung Electronics said its vision is to contribute to communities around the world through leading-edge technologies, as well as resources and talent.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Our approach to citizenship is rooted in this same philosophy, with the development and implementation of various initiatives designed to enrich people&rsquo;s lives in the areas of education and the environment, as well as accessibility,&rdquo; the company said in the statement.</p>

<p>In Nepal too, Samsung has initiated several CSR program including the Samsung Smart Class in Kathmandu and in Birethanti.</p>

<p>Earlier, travelers were compelled to carry cash to exchange their currency which was unsafe considering theft and the policy binding them to carry money equivalent to only USD 2500. Thus, the new exchange protocol has made the exchange of currency easier with the use of cards.</p>

<p>The new provision was made by the Nepal Rastra Bank after amending the integrated circular 2074 keeping in mind the convenience of the travelers. The circular has made it mandatory for any bank or financial institution to inform the central bank about the transaction of foreign exchange.</p>

<p>After analyzing the foreign currency exchange policy, the central bank directed BFIs for POS provision, informed Rajendra Pandit, deputy spokesperson at Nepal Rastra Bank. Money exchangers had also been demanding for such provision, he added.</p>

<p>Previously, travelers were amazed and worried to know about lack of POS technology in Nepal. Many were troubled by the absence of such technology but now after the implementation of the provision they are expected to spend more in Nepal.</p>

<p>Foreigners can now exchange Nepali currency using any of Visa International, MasterCard and Union Pay international card from POS machines. Money exchangers are allowed to mark their exchange charges but the rates should be in Nepali currency. The charges will be marked according to the agreement between banks and money exchangers as per the amended circular issued by the central bank.</p>

<p>According to Foreign Exchange Management Department, money exchangers are required to mandatorily collect a copy of the customers&rsquo; passport in case of foreigners whereas a copy of relief card will make Indians eligible for the transaction.</p>

<p>Earlier, travelers were compelled to carry cash to exchange their currency which was unsafe considering theft and the policy binding them to carry money equivalent to only USD 2500. Thus, the new exchange protocol has made the exchange of currency easier with the use of cards.</p>

<p>The new provision was made by the Nepal Rastra Bank after amending the integrated circular 2074 keeping in mind the convenience of the travelers. The circular has made it mandatory for any bank or financial institution to inform the central bank about the transaction of foreign exchange.</p>

<p>After analyzing the foreign currency exchange policy, the central bank directed BFIs for POS provision, informed Rajendra Pandit, deputy spokesperson at Nepal Rastra Bank. Money exchangers had also been demanding for such provision, he added.</p>

<p>Previously, travelers were amazed and worried to know about lack of POS technology in Nepal. Many were troubled by the absence of such technology but now after the implementation of the provision they are expected to spend more in Nepal.</p>

<p>Foreigners can now exchange Nepali currency using any of Visa International, MasterCard and Union Pay international card from POS machines. Money exchangers are allowed to mark their exchange charges but the rates should be in Nepali currency. The charges will be marked according to the agreement between banks and money exchangers as per the amended circular issued by the central bank.</p>

<p>According to Foreign Exchange Management Department, money exchangers are required to mandatorily collect a copy of the customers&rsquo; passport in case of foreigners whereas a copy of relief card will make Indians eligible for the transaction.</p>

<p>Earlier, travelers were compelled to carry cash to exchange their currency which was unsafe considering theft and the policy binding them to carry money equivalent to only USD 2500. Thus, the new exchange protocol has made the exchange of currency easier with the use of cards.</p>

<p>The new provision was made by the Nepal Rastra Bank after amending the integrated circular 2074 keeping in mind the convenience of the travelers. The circular has made it mandatory for any bank or financial institution to inform the central bank about the transaction of foreign exchange.</p>

<p>After analyzing the foreign currency exchange policy, the central bank directed BFIs for POS provision, informed Rajendra Pandit, deputy spokesperson at Nepal Rastra Bank. Money exchangers had also been demanding for such provision, he added.</p>

<p>Previously, travelers were amazed and worried to know about lack of POS technology in Nepal. Many were troubled by the absence of such technology but now after the implementation of the provision they are expected to spend more in Nepal.</p>

<p>Foreigners can now exchange Nepali currency using any of Visa International, MasterCard and Union Pay international card from POS machines. Money exchangers are allowed to mark their exchange charges but the rates should be in Nepali currency. The charges will be marked according to the agreement between banks and money exchangers as per the amended circular issued by the central bank.</p>

<p>According to Foreign Exchange Management Department, money exchangers are required to mandatorily collect a copy of the customers&rsquo; passport in case of foreigners whereas a copy of relief card will make Indians eligible for the transaction.</p>

<p>The forum event gave partners a glimpse into Samsung Nepal&rsquo;s plans going forward and also showcased the company&rsquo;s latest product lineup.</p>

<p>While day one of the event was dedicated to partners, the Samsung leadership met media spanning from print to digital on the second day. The team engaged with B2B partners on the last day.</p>

<p>Samsung Electronics said its vision is to contribute to communities around the world through leading-edge technologies, as well as resources and talent.</p>

<p>Earlier, travelers were compelled to carry cash to exchange their currency which was unsafe considering theft and the policy binding them to carry money equivalent to only USD 2500. Thus, the new exchange protocol has made the exchange of currency easier with the use of cards.</p>

<p>The new provision was made by the Nepal Rastra Bank after amending the integrated circular 2074 keeping in mind the convenience of the travelers. The circular has made it mandatory for any bank or financial institution to inform the central bank about the transaction of foreign exchange.</p>

<p>After analyzing the foreign currency exchange policy, the central bank directed BFIs for POS provision, informed Rajendra Pandit, deputy spokesperson at Nepal Rastra Bank. Money exchangers had also been demanding for such provision, he added.</p>

<p>Previously, travelers were amazed and worried to know about lack of POS technology in Nepal. Many were troubled by the absence of such technology but now after the implementation of the provision they are expected to spend more in Nepal.</p>

<p>Foreigners can now exchange Nepali currency using any of Visa International, MasterCard and Union Pay international card from POS machines. Money exchangers are allowed to mark their exchange charges but the rates should be in Nepali currency. The charges will be marked according to the agreement between banks and money exchangers as per the amended circular issued by the central bank.</p>

<p>According to Foreign Exchange Management Department, money exchangers are required to mandatorily collect a copy of the customers&rsquo; passport in case of foreigners whereas a copy of relief card will make Indians eligible for the transaction.</p>

Tandon said that today&rsquo;s youth have much more opportunity to earn money. &ldquo;Stability doesn&rsquo;t mean working from 10 to 5 and getting regular salary. Stability means having a regular source of income which can be earned through investments of different types,&rdquo; he said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Answering the queries of the audience, Tandon said that advertising is a medium to make a product visible and reach to the audience. &ldquo;There is no hard and fast rule to bring creativity in advertising. However, it is all about how one perceives life and applies creativity in the work accordingly,&rdquo; he shared. Tandon believes that it is very important to create equal balance of work and life to become successful in life.</p>

<p><span style="font-size:12px">The airline company announced the fun-filled launch amid a press conference at Kidz Mondo Doha, &nbsp;with a special appearance by the Oryx Kids Club hero mascots, &lsquo;Orry&rsquo; and &lsquo;Orah&rsquo; the Oryx and their three furry friends &ndash; Kamil the camel, Faaiz the falcon and Farah the desert fox.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12px">The Oryx Kids Club and Oryx Kids Loyalty Programme offer special new children&rsquo;s in-flight meal boxes and plush toys on board, in addition to a new and exclusive frequent flyer programme designed just for young passengers. Children aged 2 to 11 will be able to register for the Oryx Kids Loyalty Programme and&nbsp;earn Qmiles, which they can redeem for attractive awards and exclusive benefits. They will also earn Qpoints, which allow them to upgrade to a higher tier, reads a statement issued by the company.</span></p>
