Agrawal, who is also an importer, says that the Nepali consumers have not benefitted from the falling sugar price in the international market.</p> <p>“The government’s policy is not rational,” importers say. The government is levying 30 percent customs duty on sugar. Agrawal, who is also an importer, says that the Nepali consumers have not benefitted from the falling sugar price in the international market.</p> <p>“The government’s policy is not rational,” importers say. The government is levying 30 percent customs duty on sugar. The government is levying 30 percent customs duty on sugar.
