<p>Amit Agrawal, director of Khalti, and Roshan Adiga, COO at Team Quest, which manages the QFX Cinemas, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.</p>

<p>Now the users of Khalti will be able to book and pay for movie tickets online at any of the QFX theaters in Kathmandu valley including QFX Chhaya Center in Thamel, QFX Labim Mall in Pulchowk, QFX Civil Mall in Sundhara, QFX Kumari in Kamal Pokhari, and QFX Jai Nepal in Narayanhity.</p>

<p>&ldquo;With this tie-up, our customers, especially movie and theatre goers, will have the unique advantage of buying tickets cashless by using their Khalti account,&quot; a statement issued by Khalti quoted Agrawal as saying.</p>

<p>&quot;It adds a lot of value to Khalti users, who will now have &#39;anytime, anywhere&#39; availability of movie tickets. Shortly, you can book tickets for QFX theaters outside of Kathmandu valley too, and movie ticketing will be available on QFX mobile apps. We are adding many more features and services on Khalti very soon,&rdquo; the statement added.</p>

<p>Khalti believes that the use of this app will help movie goers to save time as they don&#39;t have to stay in queue for the tickets and is also a convenient way of booking tickets.</p>

<p>The monetary policy of the country limits banks to invest only 5 percent of their total capital in the energy sector.</p>

<p>According Sailendra Guragain, chairman of <em>Independent Power Producers&#39; Association, Nepal</em> (<em>IPPAN</em>), works of several hydropower plants have been obstructed due to the insufficient funding. This obstruction is hampering the production of almost 400 megawatts of electrical energy.</p>

<p>There are lots of organizations working in the energy sector which have not received financing from banks and are also unable to attract foreign investors, said an expert.&nbsp; In such situation, the organizations are fearful that the shareholders might withdraw their capital.</p>

<p>Analyzing such scenario, entrepreneurs during the interaction program organized by Nepal Chamber of Commerce requested Energy Minister Barsha Man Pun to analyze the investment situation and amend the monetary policy to encourage banks to raise their investment up to 15 percent in the sector.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

This obstruction is hampering the production of almost 400 megawatts of electrical energy.</p>

<p>There are lots of organizations working in the energy sector which have not received financing from banks and are also unable to attract foreign investors, said an expert.&nbsp; In such situation, the organizations are fearful that the shareholders might withdraw their capital.</p>

<p>Analyzing such scenario, entrepreneurs during the interaction program organized by Nepal Chamber of Commerce requested Energy Minister Barsha Man Pun to analyze the investment situation and amend the monetary policy to encourage banks to raise their investment up to 15 percent in the sector.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Entrepreneurs during a recent interaction organized by Nepal Chamber of Commerce made such claim and demanded the banks to increase their investment in the energy sector of Nepal.</p>

<p>The monetary policy of the country limits banks to invest only 5 percent of their total capital in the energy sector.</p>

<p>According Sailendra Guragain, chairman of <em>Independent Power Producers&#39; Association, Nepal</em> (<em>IPPAN</em>), works of several hydropower plants have been obstructed due to the insufficient funding. This obstruction is hampering the production of almost 400 megawatts of electrical energy.</p>

<p>There are lots of organizations working in the energy sector which have not received financing from banks and are also unable to attract foreign investors, said an expert.&nbsp; In such situation, the organizations are fearful that the shareholders might withdraw their capital.</p>

<p>Analyzing such scenario, entrepreneurs during the interaction program organized by Nepal Chamber of Commerce requested Energy Minister Barsha Man Pun to analyze the investment situation and amend the monetary policy to encourage banks to raise their investment up to 15 percent in the sector.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

This obstruction is hampering the production of almost 400 megawatts of electrical energy.</p>

<p>There are lots of organizations working in the energy sector which have not received financing from banks and are also unable to attract foreign investors, said an expert.&nbsp; In such situation, the organizations are fearful that the shareholders might withdraw their capital.</p>

<p>Analyzing such scenario, entrepreneurs during the interaction program organized by Nepal Chamber of Commerce requested Energy Minister Barsha Man Pun to analyze the investment situation and amend the monetary policy to encourage banks to raise their investment up to 15 percent in the sector.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
