			'content' => '<p>August 2: National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has aimed to complete the reconstruction of Dharahara in the next three years. Nepal Telecom has been supporting the reconstruction of the landmark destroyed by the April 2015 earthquake. Nepal Telecom will present on 3D model of Dharahara in a meeting with the National Reconstruction Authority on August 6. The Authority has informed that the construction work will start soon after the meeting.</p>

<p>Chief Executive Officer of NRA Dr Govinda Raj Pokherel made such announcement on July 31. NRA said that Dharahara will be rebuilt jointly by the NT, Department of Archeology (DoA) and locals supporting &lsquo;Mero Dharahara Ma Banauchu&rsquo; campaign.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The reconstruction of Dharahara, which carries historic significance of country, will finish within three years,&rdquo; CEO Pokharel said.</p>

<p>The estimated cost of Dharahara&rsquo;s reconstruction is Rs 8 billion. &lsquo;Mero Dharahara Ma Banauchu&rsquo; campaign has collected Rs 90 million. Meanwhile, NT which had shown keen interest in the reconstruction of Dharahara has not made any announcement recently.</p>

<p>Dr Hari Ram Parajuli, a member of the working committee of NRA, said that the tussle between different bodies have delayed the reconstruction of Dharahara.</p>

<p>Also, NRA said that there won&rsquo;t be any shortage of funds for reconstruction of monastaries as well. NRA held a discussion with Gumba Bihar Reconstruction Struggle Committee which has been staging protest against the delay in reconstruction of damaged monasteries. The discussion was held to find ways to speed up the reconstruction of gumbas and bihars</p>

<p>The amount of Rs 40.2 million allocated for reconstruction has not been spent as NRA has not prepared work procedure for it.</p>

<p>Issuing a press statement, Ncell said it will officially launch the service in Biratnagar, Birtamode, Damak, Dharan, Bharatpur, Hetauda, Birjung, Bhairahawa, Butwal and Nepalgunj from August 1.</p>

<p>With the launch, all Ncell customers possessing 4G SIM (U-SIM) with 4G compatible handset will be able to experience Ncell&rsquo;s high speed mobile broadband connectivity in those cities. Customers who still have not changed their SIM to 4G SIM can easily upgrade to 4G SIM for free by visiting nearby Ncell Center, reads the press statement.</p>

<p>&ldquo;We are delighted to announce the launch of Ncell 4G in 10 more cities. The launch demonstrates Ncell&rsquo;s commitment to swiftly roll out 4G so that more and more customers across Nepal can access high-speed mobile broadband and reap the benefits. The launch has made Ncell 4G service available to 15.06% of Nepali population,&rdquo; said Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell.</p>

<p>Ncell 4G service has been available in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhakatapur (including Nagarkot), Banepa, Dhulikhel, Pokhara and Damauli. Now, the 4G service has reached 17 cities across Nepal.</p>

<p>To celebrate the milestone of launch of 4G in 10 additional cities, Ncell is providing free music streaming/downloads service through Yonder Music app for 30 days to customers using Ncell&rsquo;s 4G SIM. Customers can dial *324# to start enjoying 4G service and 30 days of free Yonder Music, which is an extensive digital library of over 20 million songs including 15,000 Nepali songs. Customer can check if their SIM is 4G by sending SMS to 324 typing Q.</p>

<p>Ncell is further planning and testing 4G service in other cities, embracing a target to take 4G in 40 cities by 2018 to enable the customers to reap benefit from new opportunities.</p>

<p>Speaking at the meeting, Dr Rajendra Khanal, director general of the Department of Mines and Geology, informed that the department&rsquo;s work has increased after the earthquake of 2015.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The search for potential mines has intensified with approval of the National Mines Policy in April/May last year,&rdquo; he stated. &ldquo;Till the end of FY 2016/17, 126 mining industries have got licenses while 333 firms have received permission for exploring mines.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Similarly, in the FY 2015/16, 121 mining industries got license for extraction and 268 were allowed to explore potential mining areas.</p>

<p>Khanal informed that the government&rsquo;s priority as well as budget for this sector has increased the department&rsquo;s activities on technical aspect related to mines and mining industries. He also added that the department is working to provide employment opportunities to 50,000 people as per its 10-year plan related to the National Mine Policy.</p>

			'content' => '<p>August 2: National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has aimed to complete the reconstruction of Dharahara in the next three years. Nepal Telecom has been supporting the reconstruction of the landmark destroyed by the April 2015 earthquake. Nepal Telecom will present on 3D model of Dharahara in a meeting with the National Reconstruction Authority on August 6. The Authority has informed that the construction work will start soon after the meeting.</p>

<p>Chief Executive Officer of NRA Dr Govinda Raj Pokherel made such announcement on July 31. NRA said that Dharahara will be rebuilt jointly by the NT, Department of Archeology (DoA) and locals supporting &lsquo;Mero Dharahara Ma Banauchu&rsquo; campaign.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The reconstruction of Dharahara, which carries historic significance of country, will finish within three years,&rdquo; CEO Pokharel said.</p>

<p>The estimated cost of Dharahara&rsquo;s reconstruction is Rs 8 billion. &lsquo;Mero Dharahara Ma Banauchu&rsquo; campaign has collected Rs 90 million. Meanwhile, NT which had shown keen interest in the reconstruction of Dharahara has not made any announcement recently.</p>

<p>Dr Hari Ram Parajuli, a member of the working committee of NRA, said that the tussle between different bodies have delayed the reconstruction of Dharahara.</p>

<p>Also, NRA said that there won&rsquo;t be any shortage of funds for reconstruction of monastaries as well. NRA held a discussion with Gumba Bihar Reconstruction Struggle Committee which has been staging protest against the delay in reconstruction of damaged monasteries. The discussion was held to find ways to speed up the reconstruction of gumbas and bihars</p>

<p>The amount of Rs 40.2 million allocated for reconstruction has not been spent as NRA has not prepared work procedure for it.</p>

<p>Issuing a press statement, Ncell said it will officially launch the service in Biratnagar, Birtamode, Damak, Dharan, Bharatpur, Hetauda, Birjung, Bhairahawa, Butwal and Nepalgunj from August 1.</p>

<p>With the launch, all Ncell customers possessing 4G SIM (U-SIM) with 4G compatible handset will be able to experience Ncell&rsquo;s high speed mobile broadband connectivity in those cities. Customers who still have not changed their SIM to 4G SIM can easily upgrade to 4G SIM for free by visiting nearby Ncell Center, reads the press statement.</p>

<p>&ldquo;We are delighted to announce the launch of Ncell 4G in 10 more cities. The launch demonstrates Ncell&rsquo;s commitment to swiftly roll out 4G so that more and more customers across Nepal can access high-speed mobile broadband and reap the benefits. The launch has made Ncell 4G service available to 15.06% of Nepali population,&rdquo; said Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell.</p>

<p>Ncell 4G service has been available in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhakatapur (including Nagarkot), Banepa, Dhulikhel, Pokhara and Damauli. Now, the 4G service has reached 17 cities across Nepal.</p>

<p>To celebrate the milestone of launch of 4G in 10 additional cities, Ncell is providing free music streaming/downloads service through Yonder Music app for 30 days to customers using Ncell&rsquo;s 4G SIM. Customers can dial *324# to start enjoying 4G service and 30 days of free Yonder Music, which is an extensive digital library of over 20 million songs including 15,000 Nepali songs. Customer can check if their SIM is 4G by sending SMS to 324 typing Q.</p>

<p>Ncell is further planning and testing 4G service in other cities, embracing a target to take 4G in 40 cities by 2018 to enable the customers to reap benefit from new opportunities.</p>

<p>Members of parliament stressed the need to keep mines extraction in government&rsquo;s high-priority list.</p>

<p>Speaking at the meeting, Dr Rajendra Khanal, director general of the Department of Mines and Geology, informed that the department&rsquo;s work has increased after the earthquake of 2015.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The search for potential mines has intensified with approval of the National Mines Policy in April/May last year,&rdquo; he stated. &ldquo;Till the end of FY 2016/17, 126 mining industries have got licenses while 333 firms have received permission for exploring mines.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Similarly, in the FY 2015/16, 121 mining industries got license for extraction and 268 were allowed to explore potential mining areas.</p>

<p>Khanal informed that the government&rsquo;s priority as well as budget for this sector has increased the department&rsquo;s activities on technical aspect related to mines and mining industries. He also added that the department is working to provide employment opportunities to 50,000 people as per its 10-year plan related to the National Mine Policy.</p>

<p>The department informed that it has given top priority to uranium mine of Upper Mustang and iron mine of Nawalparasi in this fiscal year. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

			'content' => '<p>August 2: National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has aimed to complete the reconstruction of Dharahara in the next three years. Nepal Telecom has been supporting the reconstruction of the landmark destroyed by the April 2015 earthquake. Nepal Telecom will present on 3D model of Dharahara in a meeting with the National Reconstruction Authority on August 6. The Authority has informed that the construction work will start soon after the meeting.</p>

<p>Chief Executive Officer of NRA Dr Govinda Raj Pokherel made such announcement on July 31. NRA said that Dharahara will be rebuilt jointly by the NT, Department of Archeology (DoA) and locals supporting &lsquo;Mero Dharahara Ma Banauchu&rsquo; campaign.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The reconstruction of Dharahara, which carries historic significance of country, will finish within three years,&rdquo; CEO Pokharel said.</p>

<p>The estimated cost of Dharahara&rsquo;s reconstruction is Rs 8 billion. &lsquo;Mero Dharahara Ma Banauchu&rsquo; campaign has collected Rs 90 million. Meanwhile, NT which had shown keen interest in the reconstruction of Dharahara has not made any announcement recently.</p>

<p>Dr Hari Ram Parajuli, a member of the working committee of NRA, said that the tussle between different bodies have delayed the reconstruction of Dharahara.</p>

<p>Also, NRA said that there won&rsquo;t be any shortage of funds for reconstruction of monastaries as well. NRA held a discussion with Gumba Bihar Reconstruction Struggle Committee which has been staging protest against the delay in reconstruction of damaged monasteries. The discussion was held to find ways to speed up the reconstruction of gumbas and bihars</p>

<p>The amount of Rs 40.2 million allocated for reconstruction has not been spent as NRA has not prepared work procedure for it.</p>

<p>Issuing a press statement, Ncell said it will officially launch the service in Biratnagar, Birtamode, Damak, Dharan, Bharatpur, Hetauda, Birjung, Bhairahawa, Butwal and Nepalgunj from August 1.</p>

<p>With the launch, all Ncell customers possessing 4G SIM (U-SIM) with 4G compatible handset will be able to experience Ncell&rsquo;s high speed mobile broadband connectivity in those cities. Customers who still have not changed their SIM to 4G SIM can easily upgrade to 4G SIM for free by visiting nearby Ncell Center, reads the press statement.</p>

<p>Members of parliament stressed the need to keep mines extraction in government&rsquo;s high-priority list.</p>

<p>Speaking at the meeting, Dr Rajendra Khanal, director general of the Department of Mines and Geology, informed that the department&rsquo;s work has increased after the earthquake of 2015.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The search for potential mines has intensified with approval of the National Mines Policy in April/May last year,&rdquo; he stated. &ldquo;Till the end of FY 2016/17, 126 mining industries have got licenses while 333 firms have received permission for exploring mines.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Similarly, in the FY 2015/16, 121 mining industries got license for extraction and 268 were allowed to explore potential mining areas.</p>

<p>Khanal informed that the government&rsquo;s priority as well as budget for this sector has increased the department&rsquo;s activities on technical aspect related to mines and mining industries. He also added that the department is working to provide employment opportunities to 50,000 people as per its 10-year plan related to the National Mine Policy.</p>

			'content' => '<p>August 2: National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has aimed to complete the reconstruction of Dharahara in the next three years. Nepal Telecom has been supporting the reconstruction of the landmark destroyed by the April 2015 earthquake. Nepal Telecom will present on 3D model of Dharahara in a meeting with the National Reconstruction Authority on August 6. The Authority has informed that the construction work will start soon after the meeting.</p>

<p>Chief Executive Officer of NRA Dr Govinda Raj Pokherel made such announcement on July 31. NRA said that Dharahara will be rebuilt jointly by the NT, Department of Archeology (DoA) and locals supporting &lsquo;Mero Dharahara Ma Banauchu&rsquo; campaign.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The reconstruction of Dharahara, which carries historic significance of country, will finish within three years,&rdquo; CEO Pokharel said.</p>

<p>The estimated cost of Dharahara&rsquo;s reconstruction is Rs 8 billion. &lsquo;Mero Dharahara Ma Banauchu&rsquo; campaign has collected Rs 90 million. Meanwhile, NT which had shown keen interest in the reconstruction of Dharahara has not made any announcement recently.</p>

<p>Dr Hari Ram Parajuli, a member of the working committee of NRA, said that the tussle between different bodies have delayed the reconstruction of Dharahara.</p>

<p>Also, NRA said that there won&rsquo;t be any shortage of funds for reconstruction of monastaries as well. NRA held a discussion with Gumba Bihar Reconstruction Struggle Committee which has been staging protest against the delay in reconstruction of damaged monasteries. The discussion was held to find ways to speed up the reconstruction of gumbas and bihars</p>

<p>The amount of Rs 40.2 million allocated for reconstruction has not been spent as NRA has not prepared work procedure for it.</p>

<p>With the launch, all Ncell customers possessing 4G SIM (U-SIM) with 4G compatible handset will be able to experience Ncell&rsquo;s high speed mobile broadband connectivity in those cities. Customers who still have not changed their SIM to 4G SIM can easily upgrade to 4G SIM for free by visiting nearby Ncell Center, reads the press statement.</p>

<p>Members of parliament stressed the need to keep mines extraction in government&rsquo;s high-priority list.</p>

<p>Speaking at the meeting, Dr Rajendra Khanal, director general of the Department of Mines and Geology, informed that the department&rsquo;s work has increased after the earthquake of 2015.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The search for potential mines has intensified with approval of the National Mines Policy in April/May last year,&rdquo; he stated. &ldquo;Till the end of FY 2016/17, 126 mining industries have got licenses while 333 firms have received permission for exploring mines.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Similarly, in the FY 2015/16, 121 mining industries got license for extraction and 268 were allowed to explore potential mining areas.</p>

<p>Khanal informed that the government&rsquo;s priority as well as budget for this sector has increased the department&rsquo;s activities on technical aspect related to mines and mining industries. He also added that the department is working to provide employment opportunities to 50,000 people as per its 10-year plan related to the National Mine Policy.</p>
