The players getting more points in gross and net categories in three events will receive &lsquo;Carlsberg Golf Series Gross&rsquo; and &lsquo;Net Champion&rsquo;, the organizers informed.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the organizers will also reward the players in various categories such as net winner, net runner up, gross winner, gross runner-up, winner in female, senior winner, senior runner up, longest drive, closest to the pin and most birdies.</p>

<p>The objective of the company is to maintain rating and grading of companies and commercial organizations by analyzing them besides research, training and disseminating of information.</p>

<p>The CARE Ratings Nepal has been established with an agreement with the Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) and in cooperation with the Credit Analysis and Research Ltd. (CARE), Mumbai, India.</p>

<p>Currently, ICRA Nepal established in 2012 is providing rating and grading services to commercial organizations. According to Dr Binod Atreya, CEO of Care Nepal, the company is in the process of operating soon. &ldquo;We are submitting the papers required by SEBON&rdquo;, he said.</p>

<p>Though the agreement was signed on October/November 2016, Dr. Atreya said that it took five months to take permission from SEBON and share market regularization body of India as well as the central bank.</p>

<p>There is a provision that to operate a rating company in Nepal, the foreign partner should have 51 percent share ownership. As per the provision, CARE, Mumbai, India has 51 percent of share investments in CARE Nepal while seven companies including Emerging Nepal Ltd and Vishal Group are other companies investing in CARE Ratings Nepal.</p>

<p>Niranjaya Ghimire, Assistant Spokesperson of SEBON, said the Board provided the license to the company as per the Credit Rating Regulations- 2068 BS. &ldquo;The Board believes this will create competition in credit-rating business and the service will be more qualitative and easy,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>It has been informed that CARE Ratings Nepal will start its work through rating of stocks and bonds. Nepal has lagged behind in this sector as compared to other countries.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Although it started in 1987 in India, it has been just four to five years that Nepal started the credit rating. Stakeholders opine that there is a lot of potential on credit rating in Nepal as there are many companies such as banking and financial institutions (BFIs), insurance companies and public companies. Likewise, Atreya said that the financial structure and its market have created possibilities in this sector.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>What is Credit Rating?</strong></p>

<p>The detailed analysis of financial status, situation of risk and capacity of providing profit is credit rating. According to SEBON, credit rating is compulsory for any organizations that are issuing primary shares of more than Rs 30 million. &nbsp;The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has said it would make arrangements for rating of debtors.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Organizing a program on May 3, NRB and IFC said that the coordination targets to mitigate risks of banks and financial institutions (BFIs) through best risk management practices. IFC opined that the practice will facilitate in building environment friendly social development. For that matter, it is expected that the IFC will help NRB and BFIs to implement environmental and social risk management principles.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In the program, representatives of government, IFC and private sector discussed about developing good risk management mechanism. &ldquo;NRB wants BFIs to be capable of mitigating risks related with environmental and social development. The central bank also wants BFIs to contribute in building environmental and inclusive social development,&rdquo; said Shiva Raj Shrestha, Deputy Governor of NRB in the program. Therefore, BFIs should collectively build effective risk management system, he opined.</p>

<p>The objective of the company is to maintain rating and grading of companies and commercial organizations by analyzing them besides research, training and disseminating of information.</p>

<p>The CARE Ratings Nepal has been established with an agreement with the Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) and in cooperation with the Credit Analysis and Research Ltd. (CARE), Mumbai, India.</p>

<p>Currently, ICRA Nepal established in 2012 is providing rating and grading services to commercial organizations. According to Dr Binod Atreya, CEO of Care Nepal, the company is in the process of operating soon. &ldquo;We are submitting the papers required by SEBON&rdquo;, he said.</p>

<p>Though the agreement was signed on October/November 2016, Dr. Atreya said that it took five months to take permission from SEBON and share market regularization body of India as well as the central bank.</p>

<p>There is a provision that to operate a rating company in Nepal, the foreign partner should have 51 percent share ownership. As per the provision, CARE, Mumbai, India has 51 percent of share investments in CARE Nepal while seven companies including Emerging Nepal Ltd and Vishal Group are other companies investing in CARE Ratings Nepal.</p>

<p>Niranjaya Ghimire, Assistant Spokesperson of SEBON, said the Board provided the license to the company as per the Credit Rating Regulations- 2068 BS. &ldquo;The Board believes this will create competition in credit-rating business and the service will be more qualitative and easy,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>It has been informed that CARE Ratings Nepal will start its work through rating of stocks and bonds. Nepal has lagged behind in this sector as compared to other countries.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Although it started in 1987 in India, it has been just four to five years that Nepal started the credit rating. Stakeholders opine that there is a lot of potential on credit rating in Nepal as there are many companies such as banking and financial institutions (BFIs), insurance companies and public companies. Likewise, Atreya said that the financial structure and its market have created possibilities in this sector.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>What is Credit Rating?</strong></p>

<p>The detailed analysis of financial status, situation of risk and capacity of providing profit is credit rating. According to SEBON, credit rating is compulsory for any organizations that are issuing primary shares of more than Rs 30 million. &nbsp;The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has said it would make arrangements for rating of debtors.</p>

<p>The objective of the company is to maintain rating and grading of companies and commercial organizations by analyzing them besides research, training and disseminating of information.</p>

<p>The CARE Ratings Nepal has been established with an agreement with the Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) and in cooperation with the Credit Analysis and Research Ltd. (CARE), Mumbai, India.</p>

<p>Currently, ICRA Nepal established in 2012 is providing rating and grading services to commercial organizations. According to Dr Binod Atreya, CEO of Care Nepal, the company is in the process of operating soon. &ldquo;We are submitting the papers required by SEBON&rdquo;, he said.</p>

<p>Though the agreement was signed on October/November 2016, Dr. Atreya said that it took five months to take permission from SEBON and share market regularization body of India as well as the central bank.</p>

<p>There is a provision that to operate a rating company in Nepal, the foreign partner should have 51 percent share ownership. As per the provision, CARE, Mumbai, India has 51 percent of share investments in CARE Nepal while seven companies including Emerging Nepal Ltd and Vishal Group are other companies investing in CARE Ratings Nepal.</p>

<p>Niranjaya Ghimire, Assistant Spokesperson of SEBON, said the Board provided the license to the company as per the Credit Rating Regulations- 2068 BS. &ldquo;The Board believes this will create competition in credit-rating business and the service will be more qualitative and easy,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>It has been informed that CARE Ratings Nepal will start its work through rating of stocks and bonds. Nepal has lagged behind in this sector as compared to other countries.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Although it started in 1987 in India, it has been just four to five years that Nepal started the credit rating. Stakeholders opine that there is a lot of potential on credit rating in Nepal as there are many companies such as banking and financial institutions (BFIs), insurance companies and public companies. Likewise, Atreya said that the financial structure and its market have created possibilities in this sector.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>What is Credit Rating?</strong></p>

<p>The detailed analysis of financial status, situation of risk and capacity of providing profit is credit rating. According to SEBON, credit rating is compulsory for any organizations that are issuing primary shares of more than Rs 30 million. &nbsp;The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has said it would make arrangements for rating of debtors.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">According to the statement, other projects shortlisted for the Most Innovative Telecom Project were Google&rsquo;s Project Loon, China Unicom&rsquo;s IoT based smart parking and SK Telecom of South Korea&rsquo;s first virtual assistant service &lsquo;Nugu&rsquo;. Ncell&rsquo;s project was declared the best based on criteria of innovation, financial performance, technology, market leadership and corporate governance.</p>

<p>The objective of the company is to maintain rating and grading of companies and commercial organizations by analyzing them besides research, training and disseminating of information.</p>

<p>The CARE Ratings Nepal has been established with an agreement with the Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) and in cooperation with the Credit Analysis and Research Ltd. (CARE), Mumbai, India.</p>

<p>Currently, ICRA Nepal established in 2012 is providing rating and grading services to commercial organizations. According to Dr Binod Atreya, CEO of Care Nepal, the company is in the process of operating soon. &ldquo;We are submitting the papers required by SEBON&rdquo;, he said.</p>

<p>Though the agreement was signed on October/November 2016, Dr. Atreya said that it took five months to take permission from SEBON and share market regularization body of India as well as the central bank.</p>

<p>There is a provision that to operate a rating company in Nepal, the foreign partner should have 51 percent share ownership. As per the provision, CARE, Mumbai, India has 51 percent of share investments in CARE Nepal while seven companies including Emerging Nepal Ltd and Vishal Group are other companies investing in CARE Ratings Nepal.</p>

<p>Niranjaya Ghimire, Assistant Spokesperson of SEBON, said the Board provided the license to the company as per the Credit Rating Regulations- 2068 BS. &ldquo;The Board believes this will create competition in credit-rating business and the service will be more qualitative and easy,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>It has been informed that CARE Ratings Nepal will start its work through rating of stocks and bonds. Nepal has lagged behind in this sector as compared to other countries.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Although it started in 1987 in India, it has been just four to five years that Nepal started the credit rating. Stakeholders opine that there is a lot of potential on credit rating in Nepal as there are many companies such as banking and financial institutions (BFIs), insurance companies and public companies. Likewise, Atreya said that the financial structure and its market have created possibilities in this sector.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>What is Credit Rating?</strong></p>

<p>The detailed analysis of financial status, situation of risk and capacity of providing profit is credit rating. According to SEBON, credit rating is compulsory for any organizations that are issuing primary shares of more than Rs 30 million. &nbsp;The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has said it would make arrangements for rating of debtors.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the company, Firescue is safe to use by elderly people, children and differently-abled people as the bottle is made of a non-toxic food additive for easily and safely catching on fire. The Firescue has been priced Rs 4000 in the domestic market.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Organizing a program on May 3, NRB and IFC said that the coordination targets to mitigate risks of banks and financial institutions (BFIs) through best risk management practices. IFC opined that the practice will facilitate in building environment friendly social development. For that matter, it is expected that the IFC will help NRB and BFIs to implement environmental and social risk management principles.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In the program, representatives of government, IFC and private sector discussed about developing good risk management mechanism. &ldquo;NRB wants BFIs to be capable of mitigating risks related with environmental and social development. The central bank also wants BFIs to contribute in building environmental and inclusive social development,&rdquo; said Shiva Raj Shrestha, Deputy Governor of NRB in the program. Therefore, BFIs should collectively build effective risk management system, he opined.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Rehan Rashid, IFC Resident Representative of IFC stressed that the BFIs should consider environmental and social aspect while evaluating projects for investment. He opined that doing this, BFIs can raise their return on investment.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;Under the initiative, Ncell has collaborated with local micro-grid operator, Gham Power, to support each other to connect the unconnected off-grid communities of Khotang and Udaypur districts to mobile and energy services, opening new opportunities for them. Thanks to the initiatives, people in 31 VDCs now have access to Ncell mobile network,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The private sector communication company said that surplus capacity of the micro grid has contributed in electrification of communities and created new economic opportunities and social benefits for the local people. Thanks to reliable communications and power supply, people in the project areas are operating small and medium enterprises such as electric grinding mills, computer centers, restaurants and petrol pump, among others, creating businesses and jobs at local level. School going children are able to read and write for long hours in the evening; adverse impact on health resulting from smoke of kerosene lamps has been eliminated.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Previously, Ncell was the winner of GSMA Global Mobile Awards 2016 for &lsquo;Mobile in Emergency or Humanitarian Situations&rsquo; and recognized as Nepal Mobile Service Provider for the Year by Frost and Sullivan Asia Pacific Awards 2016, among others.</p>
