January 30: Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) has enrolled City Express Finance in the interbank payment system. The customers of City Express Finance will now be able to avail direct credit (payment) and debit (collection) transactions to/from any of the member banks and financial institutions of the network. The interbank payment system provides payment services including balance transfer, remittance, payment of fees, insurance premium, social security, salary, pension between the member banks.

NCHL currently has over 75 banks and financial institutions as its direct members and other three institutions as technical members.
