January 24: Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) and Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd have signed a bancassurance agreement on Monday, January 21.

Issuing a press statement, the bank said that the agreement was signed by CEOs of NBL and Shikhar Insurance, Devendra Pratap Shah and Dip Prakash Pandey respectively amidst a programme.

“Both organisations and the country can benefit from the collaboration,” the statement added.
