January 3: Citizens Life Insurance Company has signed a bancassurance agreement with Janata Bank.

Prashu Ram Kuwar, CEO of Janata Bank, and Poshak Raj Poudal, CEO of Citizens Life Insurance, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations amid a recent function on Tuesday, January 1.

According to the agreement, the account holders of Janata Bank can avail the insurance facilities of Citizens Insurance from any branch of the bank.
