KATHMANDU: The Soaltee Hotel Kathmandu is hosting "Rangeelo Rajasthan," a 10-day Rajasthani food festival at its Garden Terrace from July 19 to July 28, 2024. This event aims to showcase the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan, India.
Issuing a statement, the hotel said that the festival features a variety of iconic Rajasthani dishes such as Dal Bhati Churma, Rajwadi Paneer Tikka, Lal Maas, and Papad Mangodi ki Subji. Guests can also enjoy the traditional dessert Ghevar. The event includes live cooking stations where visitors can observe Rajasthani cooking techniques.
“This exclusive culinary event promises to transport guests to the heart of India’s royal state, Rajasthan, renowned for its rich culinary heritage and exotic spices,” reads the statement.
According to the hotel, this food festival provides an opportunity for food enthusiasts to savor the essence of Rajasthan without leaving Kathmandu.
The festival is open to both hotel guests and the public, offering a chance to experience Rajasthani cuisine in Kathmandu, added the statement. The Soaltee Hotel Kathmandu said it encourages food enthusiasts to visit the Garden Terrace for this unique culinary event.
