August 18: Citizens Bank International Limited has signed an agreement with Durbar Marg-based Hard Rock Cafe to provide concession to the bank’s customers at the café.

As per the agreement, the bank’s customers will get a discount up to 15 percent for availing services at the cafe.

The bank believes such cooperation will benefit its customers and also to the shift to digital transaction from cash transaction.

Issuing a statement, the bank said it has been introducing customer-friendly facilities from time to time to increase the use of digital banking services and encourage digital payments.

The bank has been providing services through 188 branches, 147 ATMs, three extension counters and 97 branchless banking units.
