Nabil Bank said in a statement that it has signed an agreement with Laxmi Capital Market Limited regarding this issue.</p>

The bank announced that it is going to issue debentures worth Rs 2 billion with a face value of Rs 1000. The management of both public issuance and private placement shall be done by Laxmi Capital, the statement added.</p>
<p>
Nabil Bank's CEO Anil Keshary Shah and Rajiv Sapkota, CEO of Laxmi Capital, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.</p>

Laxmi Capital Market Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Laxmi Bank Limited.
