February 27: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank organised a cleanliness campaign in Sorakhute and Kawasoti under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) service.

The Nayabazzar branch of the bank conducted the campaign on February 22, Friday.

The campaign conducted with the slogan “Clean city our choice” kicked off from Sorakhute and ended in Balaju.  Representatives of the bank, students of Manasalu Public Secondary School, police from Balaju Police Station, social activists and locals of Sorakhute participated in the cleanliness campaign.

Similarly, the Kawasoti branch of the bank distributed dustbins under the campaign.

The branch located in Kawasoti Municipality-12 distributed thirty dustbins to Shiva Secondary School and Kawasoti Area Development Committee.
