February 10: Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company has appointed NMB Capital as the sales promoter of the company’s public shares.

The hydropower company said that it signed an agreement with the bank in this regard for the sales and distribution of 3,307,500 units of public shares.

Sashi Sagar Rajbhandari, CEO of Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company, and Shrijesh Ghimire, CEO of NMB Capital, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations amid a recent event.

Solu hydropower is currently under construction in Solu river of Solu Dudhkunda Municipality in Solukhumbhu district. The capacity of the hydro power plant is 23.5 megawatts.
