<p>Issuing a press statement, the company said that SEBON&rsquo;s Deputy Director Niranjaya Ghimire handed over the Credit Rating License to Dr Binod Atreya, director and Sajan Goyal, CEO of CARE Ratings Nepal amid a function at SEBON office on Thursday.</p>

<p>The Credit&nbsp;Rating Agency&nbsp;Regulation, 2068&nbsp; in Nepal states that&nbsp;companies&nbsp;planning to issue ordinary shares, bonds, debentures, and preference shares exceeding Rs 30 million in value have to be rated by a&nbsp;rating agency. The company said that credit rating agencies (CRAs) play an important role in most modern capital markets that assigns&nbsp;credit ratings.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Credit rating is the opinion of the rating agency on the relative ability and willingness of tile issuer of a debt instrument to meet the debt service obligations as and when they arise,&rdquo; reads the statement issued by CARE Ratings Nepal.</p>

<p>&ldquo;CARE Ratings Nepal will offer all the credit rating services in Nepal like IPO grading, rating of bonds and debentures, issuer ratings, mutual funds rating etc. There are about 200 listed companies, mostly banks and insurance companies in Nepal. The mandatory increase in the share capital of banks and insurance companies over a period of time offers the business opportunity for the rating agencies,&rdquo; said Sajan Goyal, CEO of CARE Ratings Nepal.&nbsp;</p>

<p>CARE Ratings Nepal Limited said it was registered with the Office of Company Registrar in May 2017 with the main objective of providing credit rating services in Nepal. The main promoters of the CARE Ratings Nepal are CARE Ratings India (51% stake) alongwith other shareholders including Vishal Group Ltd (10%), Emerging Nepal Limited (10%) and four banks and insurance companies with 5% each share&mdash; Global IME Bank, Nepal Reinsurance Company Ltd, Prudential Insurance Company Ltd, and Life Insurance Corporation Ltd. The other shareholders of the company are individuals.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;With the establishment of CARE Ratings Nepal Limited, companies will receive prompt and efficient services at reasonable and competitive cost,&rdquo; said Binod Atreya, director of CARE Ratings Nepal Limited.</p>

<p>The new EcoSport builds on the dynamic appeal of its predecessor, starting with a reshaped front, and a large upper trapezoidal grille and lower grille that make it unmistakably a member of the Ford family of SUVs, reads the statement.</p>

<p>According to the company, Ford&rsquo;s design and engineering team spent more than a million hours studying computer fluid dynamics, and more than 200 hours in a wind tunnel refining the aerodynamics of the new model.</p>

<p>The new EcoSport&rsquo;s Ti-VCT petrol engine is smaller, lighter and efficient, the company said. The new petrol engine will deliver segment best 123 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque with a 7% reduction in CO2 emissions and outstanding fuel efficiency of 17 Km/L, reads the statement.</p>

<p>For diesel lovers, the model will also be offered with Ford&rsquo;s trusted and reliable 1.5L TDCi diesel engine that delivers best-in-class 100 PS power and fuel efficiency of 23 Km/L. The diesel motor will come strapped with a five-speed manual transmission.</p>

<p>The latest edition of Ford&rsquo;s globally renowned in-car connectivity system is Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible. This allows drivers to make phone calls, access their music, send and receive messages, get directions and more, all while staying focused on the road.</p>

<p>Not just connectivity, the model is replete with several technologies to make the drive a lot more convenient, including rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, cruise control, hill launch assist and rear-view parking camera.</p>

<p>Continuing its lead on safety, the Ford EcoSport will be the only vehicle in the segment to offer up to six airbags. Dual front driver and passenger side airbags along with Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) will be offered as standard equipment across all variants.</p>

<p>The SUV will also feature Ford&rsquo;s globally-renowned Emergency Assistance, a potentially technology that calls emergency services from a paired phone to ensure help is always within reach.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The growing concern from the government, private and corporate sectors in coffee production led to the increase in coffee production for the FY 2073/2074,&rdquo; shared Sheshkant Gautam, executive director of National Tea and Coffee Development Board. Gautam said that in the last FY, 466 tons of coffee was produced. In the previous year, only 434 tons of coffee was produced.</p>

<p>According to Gautam, in the previous year, coffee was produced in 2,618 hectares of land whereas last year, the production area increased to 2,646 hectares. &nbsp;Along with the area, many promotional activities done to promote coffee contributed to the increase in production.&nbsp; Of late, the government had declared coffee plantation year and planted 7,00,000 standard seeds of coffee.</p>

<p>Also, Gautam said that the National Export Strategy was also prepared a while ago in collaboration with the International Trade Centre and the Ministry of Commerce. He shared that the strategy is ready and this will play a vital role to increase the export of coffee. &nbsp;Nepal is already a member of the International Coffee Organisation. &nbsp;</p>

The treatment plant has been constructed with a loan support of Rs 5.07 billion from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).</span></p>

<p>According to a press statement issued by JICA, the plant can purify a total of 85 million liters of water per day for the citizens of the Kathmandu Valley. The treatment plant will start its operation in full capacity once the construction of the tunnel work of the MWSP completes.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The water purified in the plant will meet all the standards as it is built with advanced technology and has adopted rapid sand filtration system with coagulation-sedimentation process,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p>The WTP has a mini hydro plant which generates 200 KW of electricity. The mini hydro plant helps to operate the WTP. The statement further reads that the test operation of the WTP begun during the monsoon season by using water from the Bagmati River, and is already completed.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The plant is now ready to treat 85-million liters water per day from the Melamchi River. The structure will be formally handed over from the contractor to the Melamchi Water Supply Development Board after completion of some miscellaneous works,&rdquo; the statement added.</p>

The company said that credit rating agencies (CRAs) play an important role in most modern capital markets that assigns&nbsp;credit ratings.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Credit rating is the opinion of the rating agency on the relative ability and willingness of tile issuer of a debt instrument to meet the debt service obligations as and when they arise,&rdquo; reads the statement issued by CARE Ratings Nepal.</p>

<p>&ldquo;CARE Ratings Nepal will offer all the credit rating services in Nepal like IPO grading, rating of bonds and debentures, issuer ratings, mutual funds rating etc. There are about 200 listed companies, mostly banks and insurance companies in Nepal. The mandatory increase in the share capital of banks and insurance companies over a period of time offers the business opportunity for the rating agencies,&rdquo; said Sajan Goyal, CEO of CARE Ratings Nepal.&nbsp;</p>

<p>CARE Ratings Nepal Limited said it was registered with the Office of Company Registrar in May 2017 with the main objective of providing credit rating services in Nepal. The main promoters of the CARE Ratings Nepal are CARE Ratings India (51% stake) alongwith other shareholders including Vishal Group Ltd (10%), Emerging Nepal Limited (10%) and four banks and insurance companies with 5% each share&mdash; Global IME Bank, Nepal Reinsurance Company Ltd, Prudential Insurance Company Ltd, and Life Insurance Corporation Ltd. The other shareholders of the company are individuals.</p>

The IT equipment that were being used for the training were all brought from Korea and were donated to the school upon completion of the program. Samsung estimates that approximately 7,000 students will benefit from equipment handed over the schools.</p>

<p>The workshop started on the November 11 and concluded on November 17.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The growing concern from the government, private and corporate sectors in coffee production led to the increase in coffee production for the FY 2073/2074,&rdquo; shared Sheshkant Gautam, executive director of National Tea and Coffee Development Board. Gautam said that in the last FY, 466 tons of coffee was produced. In the previous year, only 434 tons of coffee was produced.</p>

<p>According to Gautam, in the previous year, coffee was produced in 2,618 hectares of land whereas last year, the production area increased to 2,646 hectares. &nbsp;Along with the area, many promotional activities done to promote coffee contributed to the increase in production.&nbsp; Of late, the government had declared coffee plantation year and planted 7,00,000 standard seeds of coffee.</p>

<p>Also, Gautam said that the National Export Strategy was also prepared a while ago in collaboration with the International Trade Centre and the Ministry of Commerce. He shared that the strategy is ready and this will play a vital role to increase the export of coffee. &nbsp;Nepal is already a member of the International Coffee Organisation. &nbsp;</p>

<p>&ldquo;The water purified in the plant will meet all the standards as it is built with advanced technology and has adopted rapid sand filtration system with coagulation-sedimentation process,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p>The WTP has a mini hydro plant which generates 200 KW of electricity. The mini hydro plant helps to operate the WTP. The statement further reads that the test operation of the WTP begun during the monsoon season by using water from the Bagmati River, and is already completed.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The plant is now ready to treat 85-million liters water per day from the Melamchi River. The structure will be formally handed over from the contractor to the Melamchi Water Supply Development Board after completion of some miscellaneous works,&rdquo; the statement added.</p>

<p>The Credit&nbsp;Rating Agency&nbsp;Regulation, 2068&nbsp; in Nepal states that&nbsp;companies&nbsp;planning to issue ordinary shares, bonds, debentures, and preference shares exceeding Rs 30 million in value have to be rated by a&nbsp;rating agency. The company said that credit rating agencies (CRAs) play an important role in most modern capital markets that assigns&nbsp;credit ratings.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Credit rating is the opinion of the rating agency on the relative ability and willingness of tile issuer of a debt instrument to meet the debt service obligations as and when they arise,&rdquo; reads the statement issued by CARE Ratings Nepal.</p>

<p>&ldquo;CARE Ratings Nepal will offer all the credit rating services in Nepal like IPO grading, rating of bonds and debentures, issuer ratings, mutual funds rating etc. There are about 200 listed companies, mostly banks and insurance companies in Nepal. The mandatory increase in the share capital of banks and insurance companies over a period of time offers the business opportunity for the rating agencies,&rdquo; said Sajan Goyal, CEO of CARE Ratings Nepal.&nbsp;</p>

<p>CARE Ratings Nepal Limited said it was registered with the Office of Company Registrar in May 2017 with the main objective of providing credit rating services in Nepal. The main promoters of the CARE Ratings Nepal are CARE Ratings India (51% stake) alongwith other shareholders including Vishal Group Ltd (10%), Emerging Nepal Limited (10%) and four banks and insurance companies with 5% each share&mdash; Global IME Bank, Nepal Reinsurance Company Ltd, Prudential Insurance Company Ltd, and Life Insurance Corporation Ltd. The other shareholders of the company are individuals.</p>

<p>The new EcoSport&rsquo;s Ti-VCT petrol engine is smaller, lighter and efficient, the company said. The new petrol engine will deliver segment best 123 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque with a 7% reduction in CO2 emissions and outstanding fuel efficiency of 17 Km/L, reads the statement.</p>

<p>For diesel lovers, the model will also be offered with Ford&rsquo;s trusted and reliable 1.5L TDCi diesel engine that delivers best-in-class 100 PS power and fuel efficiency of 23 Km/L. The diesel motor will come strapped with a five-speed manual transmission.</p>

<p>The latest edition of Ford&rsquo;s globally renowned in-car connectivity system is Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible. This allows drivers to make phone calls, access their music, send and receive messages, get directions and more, all while staying focused on the road.</p>

<p>Not just connectivity, the model is replete with several technologies to make the drive a lot more convenient, including rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, cruise control, hill launch assist and rear-view parking camera.</p>

<p>Continuing its lead on safety, the Ford EcoSport will be the only vehicle in the segment to offer up to six airbags. Dual front driver and passenger side airbags along with Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) will be offered as standard equipment across all variants.</p>

<p>The SUV will also feature Ford&rsquo;s globally-renowned Emergency Assistance, a potentially technology that calls emergency services from a paired phone to ensure help is always within reach.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The growing concern from the government, private and corporate sectors in coffee production led to the increase in coffee production for the FY 2073/2074,&rdquo; shared Sheshkant Gautam, executive director of National Tea and Coffee Development Board. Gautam said that in the last FY, 466 tons of coffee was produced. In the previous year, only 434 tons of coffee was produced.</p>

<p>According to Gautam, in the previous year, coffee was produced in 2,618 hectares of land whereas last year, the production area increased to 2,646 hectares. &nbsp;Along with the area, many promotional activities done to promote coffee contributed to the increase in production.&nbsp; Of late, the government had declared coffee plantation year and planted 7,00,000 standard seeds of coffee.</p>

<p>Also, Gautam said that the National Export Strategy was also prepared a while ago in collaboration with the International Trade Centre and the Ministry of Commerce. He shared that the strategy is ready and this will play a vital role to increase the export of coffee. &nbsp;Nepal is already a member of the International Coffee Organisation. &nbsp;</p>

<p>According to a press statement issued by JICA, the plant can purify a total of 85 million liters of water per day for the citizens of the Kathmandu Valley. The treatment plant will start its operation in full capacity once the construction of the tunnel work of the MWSP completes.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The water purified in the plant will meet all the standards as it is built with advanced technology and has adopted rapid sand filtration system with coagulation-sedimentation process,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p>The WTP has a mini hydro plant which generates 200 KW of electricity. The mini hydro plant helps to operate the WTP. The statement further reads that the test operation of the WTP begun during the monsoon season by using water from the Bagmati River, and is already completed.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The plant is now ready to treat 85-million liters water per day from the Melamchi River. The structure will be formally handed over from the contractor to the Melamchi Water Supply Development Board after completion of some miscellaneous works,&rdquo; the statement added.</p>

<p>Issuing a press statement, the company said that SEBON&rsquo;s Deputy Director Niranjaya Ghimire handed over the Credit Rating License to Dr Binod Atreya, director and Sajan Goyal, CEO of CARE Ratings Nepal amid a function at SEBON office on Thursday.</p>

<p>The Credit&nbsp;Rating Agency&nbsp;Regulation, 2068&nbsp; in Nepal states that&nbsp;companies&nbsp;planning to issue ordinary shares, bonds, debentures, and preference shares exceeding Rs 30 million in value have to be rated by a&nbsp;rating agency. The company said that credit rating agencies (CRAs) play an important role in most modern capital markets that assigns&nbsp;credit ratings.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Credit rating is the opinion of the rating agency on the relative ability and willingness of tile issuer of a debt instrument to meet the debt service obligations as and when they arise,&rdquo; reads the statement issued by CARE Ratings Nepal.</p>

<p>&ldquo;CARE Ratings Nepal will offer all the credit rating services in Nepal like IPO grading, rating of bonds and debentures, issuer ratings, mutual funds rating etc. There are about 200 listed companies, mostly banks and insurance companies in Nepal. The mandatory increase in the share capital of banks and insurance companies over a period of time offers the business opportunity for the rating agencies,&rdquo; said Sajan Goyal, CEO of CARE Ratings Nepal.&nbsp;</p>

<p>CARE Ratings Nepal Limited said it was registered with the Office of Company Registrar in May 2017 with the main objective of providing credit rating services in Nepal. The main promoters of the CARE Ratings Nepal are CARE Ratings India (51% stake) alongwith other shareholders including Vishal Group Ltd (10%), Emerging Nepal Limited (10%) and four banks and insurance companies with 5% each share&mdash; Global IME Bank, Nepal Reinsurance Company Ltd, Prudential Insurance Company Ltd, and Life Insurance Corporation Ltd. The other shareholders of the company are individuals.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;With the establishment of CARE Ratings Nepal Limited, companies will receive prompt and efficient services at reasonable and competitive cost,&rdquo; said Binod Atreya, director of CARE Ratings Nepal Limited.</p>

<p>The new EcoSport builds on the dynamic appeal of its predecessor, starting with a reshaped front, and a large upper trapezoidal grille and lower grille that make it unmistakably a member of the Ford family of SUVs, reads the statement.</p>

<p>According to the company, Ford&rsquo;s design and engineering team spent more than a million hours studying computer fluid dynamics, and more than 200 hours in a wind tunnel refining the aerodynamics of the new model.</p>

<p>The new EcoSport&rsquo;s Ti-VCT petrol engine is smaller, lighter and efficient, the company said. The new petrol engine will deliver segment best 123 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque with a 7% reduction in CO2 emissions and outstanding fuel efficiency of 17 Km/L, reads the statement.</p>

<p>For diesel lovers, the model will also be offered with Ford&rsquo;s trusted and reliable 1.5L TDCi diesel engine that delivers best-in-class 100 PS power and fuel efficiency of 23 Km/L. The diesel motor will come strapped with a five-speed manual transmission.</p>

<p>The latest edition of Ford&rsquo;s globally renowned in-car connectivity system is Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible. This allows drivers to make phone calls, access their music, send and receive messages, get directions and more, all while staying focused on the road.</p>

<p>Not just connectivity, the model is replete with several technologies to make the drive a lot more convenient, including rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, cruise control, hill launch assist and rear-view parking camera.</p>

<p>Continuing its lead on safety, the Ford EcoSport will be the only vehicle in the segment to offer up to six airbags. Dual front driver and passenger side airbags along with Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) will be offered as standard equipment across all variants.</p>

<p>The SUV will also feature Ford&rsquo;s globally-renowned Emergency Assistance, a potentially technology that calls emergency services from a paired phone to ensure help is always within reach.</p>

The IT equipment that were being used for the training were all brought from Korea and were donated to the school upon completion of the program. Samsung estimates that approximately 7,000 students will benefit from equipment handed over the schools.</p>

<p>The workshop started on the November 11 and concluded on November 17.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The growing concern from the government, private and corporate sectors in coffee production led to the increase in coffee production for the FY 2073/2074,&rdquo; shared Sheshkant Gautam, executive director of National Tea and Coffee Development Board. Gautam said that in the last FY, 466 tons of coffee was produced. In the previous year, only 434 tons of coffee was produced.</p>

<p>According to Gautam, in the previous year, coffee was produced in 2,618 hectares of land whereas last year, the production area increased to 2,646 hectares. &nbsp;Along with the area, many promotional activities done to promote coffee contributed to the increase in production.&nbsp; Of late, the government had declared coffee plantation year and planted 7,00,000 standard seeds of coffee.</p>

<p>Also, Gautam said that the National Export Strategy was also prepared a while ago in collaboration with the International Trade Centre and the Ministry of Commerce. He shared that the strategy is ready and this will play a vital role to increase the export of coffee. &nbsp;Nepal is already a member of the International Coffee Organisation. &nbsp;</p>

The treatment plant has been constructed with a loan support of Rs 5.07 billion from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).</span></p>

<p>According to a press statement issued by JICA, the plant can purify a total of 85 million liters of water per day for the citizens of the Kathmandu Valley. The treatment plant will start its operation in full capacity once the construction of the tunnel work of the MWSP completes.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The water purified in the plant will meet all the standards as it is built with advanced technology and has adopted rapid sand filtration system with coagulation-sedimentation process,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p>The WTP has a mini hydro plant which generates 200 KW of electricity. The mini hydro plant helps to operate the WTP. The statement further reads that the test operation of the WTP begun during the monsoon season by using water from the Bagmati River, and is already completed.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The plant is now ready to treat 85-million liters water per day from the Melamchi River. The structure will be formally handed over from the contractor to the Melamchi Water Supply Development Board after completion of some miscellaneous works,&rdquo; the statement added.</p>
