As compared to a one-month period of mid-January to mid-February, imports increased by Rs 2.5 billion in mid-February to mid-March, and exports also increased by the same amount.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif""><span style="font-size:16.0pt">Last year, the government had imposed a ban on the import of some luxurious goods due to the decline in foreign exchange reserves.
