	April 29: Yeti Airlines has added a new ATR72-500 aircraft with MSN 754 to its fleet. Issuing a statement, Yeti Airlines said it is the fourth such aircraft of the company.</p>

	The company said that the aircraft with Nepalese registration number 9N-ANC arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu on April 26, from Bangkok, Thailand.</p>

	According to the company, it&rsquo;s sister ship MSN 740 will be joining Yeti Airlines in May 2019 pushing the number of ATR72-500 aircraft in the company&rsquo;s fleet to five.</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;We hope this will help Nepal achieve the target of 2 million tourist arrivals for the &lsquo;Visit Nepal 2020&rsquo; year,&rdquo; the statement added.</p>
<p>
	The ATR72-500 is a twin-engine turboprop aircraft manufactured by the French-Italian consortium ATR.</p>
<p>
	The ATR72-500 is powered by two Pratt &amp; Whitney PW127 engines and are equipped with Hamilton Sundstrand composite blade propellers.&nbsp; The company claimed that these high-tech engines and propellers ensure exceptional performance, fuel efficiency, remarkably low noise and low greenhouse gas emissions.</p>

	The hotel is considered as Nepal&rsquo;s first green hotel for adopting environment-friendly technology.</p>
<p>
	It gained the five-star status in February, almost a year after coming into operation.</p>
<p>
	The Department of Tourism certified the hotel as a five-star hotel for its contribution in waste management and energy efficiency for its low power consumption.</p>
<p>
	The hotel&rsquo;s Managing Director Indra Khadka informed New Business Age that the department gave them the certificate of a five-star hotel after examining the infrastructure.</p>
<p>
	Earlier, Soaltee Westend Premier was recognized as the &ldquo;Best Debut Green Hotel&rdquo; at the 14th Hospitality India and Explore the World Annual International Travel Awards held at Ashok Hotel in New Delhi on October 5.</p>
<p>
	The statement said that Soaltee Westend Premier Nepalgunj is the first leadership in energy and environmental designed (LEED) silver category hotel in Nepal, certified by the US Green Building Council.</p>

	The hotel is considered as Nepal&rsquo;s first green hotel for adopting environment-friendly technology.</p>

	It gained the five-star status in February, almost a year after coming into operation.</p>

	The Department of Tourism certified the hotel as a five-star hotel for its contribution in waste management and energy efficiency for its low power consumption.</p>

	The hotel&rsquo;s Managing Director Indra Khadka informed New Business Age that the department gave them the certificate of a five-star hotel after examining the infrastructure.</p>

	Earlier, Soaltee Westend Premier was recognized as the &ldquo;Best Debut Green Hotel&rdquo; at the 14th Hospitality India and Explore the World Annual International Travel Awards held at Ashok Hotel in New Delhi on October 5.</p>

	The company said that the aircraft with Nepalese registration number 9N-ANC arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu on April 26, from Bangkok, Thailand.</p>

	According to the company, it&rsquo;s sister ship MSN 740 will be joining Yeti Airlines in May 2019 pushing the number of ATR72-500 aircraft in the company&rsquo;s fleet to five.</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;We hope this will help Nepal achieve the target of 2 million tourist arrivals for the &lsquo;Visit Nepal 2020&rsquo; year,&rdquo; the statement added.</p>
<p>
	The ATR72-500 is a twin-engine turboprop aircraft manufactured by the French-Italian consortium ATR.</p>
<p>
	The ATR72-500 is powered by two Pratt &amp; Whitney PW127 engines and are equipped with Hamilton Sundstrand composite blade propellers.&nbsp; The company claimed that these high-tech engines and propellers ensure exceptional performance, fuel efficiency, remarkably low noise and low greenhouse gas emissions.</p>

	&ldquo;We hope this will help Nepal achieve the target of 2 million tourist arrivals for the &lsquo;Visit Nepal 2020&rsquo; year,&rdquo; the statement added.</p>

	The ATR72-500 is a twin-engine turboprop aircraft manufactured by the French-Italian consortium ATR.</p>

	The hotel&rsquo;s Managing Director Indra Khadka informed New Business Age that the department gave them the certificate of a five-star hotel after examining the infrastructure.</p>

	Earlier, Soaltee Westend Premier was recognized as the &ldquo;Best Debut Green Hotel&rdquo; at the 14th Hospitality India and Explore the World Annual International Travel Awards held at Ashok Hotel in New Delhi on October 5.</p>
