<p>Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has not been able to supply power to the industry after interruption from the locals who claimed that the line extended to industry would risk their lives. The industry is located at ward no 5 of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City. Officials at the industry claimed that the ward chairman, Mohit Chaudhary, along with the locals have been obstructing the supply against the law.</p>

<p>The industry&rsquo;s Manager Hari Shankar Karna confirmed that the electricity line has not been connected to the industry because of obstruction by the people as well as elected representatives.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The production has decreased as the industry has been using generator instead of direct line from NEA,&rdquo; added Karna. &nbsp;</p>

The industry is located at ward no 5 of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City. Officials at the industry claimed that the ward chairman, Mohit Chaudhary, along with the locals have been obstructing the supply against the law.</p>

<p>The industry&rsquo;s Manager Hari Shankar Karna confirmed that the electricity line has not been connected to the industry because of obstruction by the people as well as elected representatives.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The production has decreased as the industry has been using generator instead of direct line from NEA,&rdquo; added Karna. &nbsp;</p>

The industry is located at ward no 5 of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City. Officials at the industry claimed that the ward chairman, Mohit Chaudhary, along with the locals have been obstructing the supply against the law.</p>

<p>The industry&rsquo;s Manager Hari Shankar Karna confirmed that the electricity line has not been connected to the industry because of obstruction by the people as well as elected representatives.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The production has decreased as the industry has been using generator instead of direct line from NEA,&rdquo; added Karna. &nbsp;</p>

<p>After the revision, the brokers are now required to include the professional details of all the members of family of their clients, map of the area where the client &nbsp;is staying and whether the client has been engaged in investment banking or not.&nbsp; Also, the money to be invested should be earned in compliance with the Money Laundering Prevention Act.</p>

<p>In case of company and organisation, the details related to registration and also the details of three generations of the contact person should be included. In the prior arrangement, only few details of the clients during the transaction were needed. &nbsp;</p>

<p>The KYC has been revised to make the securities transaction more systematic and to implement the anti-money laundering laws in a more effective way. &nbsp;The board has revised this provision to ensure the investors&rsquo; rights, to encourage transparency in market and to minimize risk in the securities transaction. The board has also taken action against few brokers for not including the details of their clients.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has not been able to supply power to the industry after interruption from the locals who claimed that the line extended to industry would risk their lives. The industry is located at ward no 5 of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City. Officials at the industry claimed that the ward chairman, Mohit Chaudhary, along with the locals have been obstructing the supply against the law.</p>

<p>The industry&rsquo;s Manager Hari Shankar Karna confirmed that the electricity line has not been connected to the industry because of obstruction by the people as well as elected representatives.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The production has decreased as the industry has been using generator instead of direct line from NEA,&rdquo; added Karna. &nbsp;</p>
