The association informed that the insurance companies have already settled claims by compensating the claimants with Rs 1.29 billion rupees. Nepal Oil Corporation made necessary preparations to implement the decision in 2014. After repeated failure to bring the fertilizer on time, the government decided to borrow urea from Bangladesh. However, Bangladesh declined to send the fertilizers in the last minute.
