<p><strong>The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation awarded the five-star hotel for its efforts towards enhancing and developing Nepal&rsquo;s tourism infrastructure, as well as for the hotel&rsquo;s private sector participation in earning the highest foreign currency within the country&rsquo;s hotel sector during 2014-15, said a press release issued by the hotel.</strong></p>

<p><strong>The hotel was presented with a letter of appreciation on the occasion of the 36<sup>th</sup> World Tourism Day.</strong></p>

<p><strong>The hotel also said that the government anticipates that Hyatt<em> </em>Regency will contribute to further development of tourism in the future as it lends its professional experience to the sector.</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>The mission also maintained that the bigger size of the budget, increment in foreign aid and the&nbsp;remittance will raise inflation. Similarly, the increment in expenditure of the infrastructure projects and growth in agricultural production will help the economy of the country, informed IMF.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Commenting on Nepal Rastra Bank&rsquo;s current monetary policy, IMF&rsquo;s senior resident representative in Nepal, India and Bhutan, Dr. Thomas J Richardson said, &ldquo;The trend in the world is that, to increase sufficient capital and in comparison to other countries, the paid-up capital of BFIs of Nepal is low.&rdquo; Likewise, Almekinders said &ldquo;Though the given 2-year deadline is too short, raising the paid-up capital requirement was necessary.&rdquo;</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>The merged bank will retain the name NMB Bank. It will have a paid-up capital of Rs 4.15 billion and will come into operation from October 18 this year.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>The total deposits and lending of the merged bank will be Rs 54 billion and Rs 41 billion. The merged bank will have 68 brnaches, 38 ATMs and eight extension counters.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>&ldquo;We have prepared a three-stage plan to raise our paid-up capital. As per the plan, the paid-up capital will be raised to Rs 6 billion by the end of the current fiscal year,&rdquo; said NMB Bank CEO Upendra Poudyal.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>According to Paudyal, 20 percent stakes of the bank formed after the merger will be owned by the bank&rsquo;s foreign joint venture partners.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Malaysian bank Young Lian and the Netherland&rsquo;s FMO (Financierings Maatschappij-voor Ontwikkelingslanden) will invest in the merged entity.</strong></span></p>

<p><strong>Inaugurating the meeting, senior economist Dr Bishwambher Pyakuryal said the real estate business has expanded with increasing private sector investment. He also urged the government to invest in the sector to increase government revenue.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Similarly, chief editor of Aarthik Abhiyan daily and secretary of Media Society Nepal, Madan Lamsal said real estate agents should work as good advisors for the buyers and act as a bridge between sellers and buyers.</strong></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size:14px">Maheswor Neupane, director general of Department of Industry, said that restaurants would require at least 10.5 million rupees to establish a micro brewery. According to Neupane, interested operators can sell maximum of 2.5million liters of beer per year.</span></strong></p>

<p>The 125cc Saluto is a fuel-efficient machine best-suited as a family motorcycle. It has best-in-class mileage of 78 kmpl.</p>

<p>Similarly, the YZF R3 incorporates a newly developed 321cc, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, in-line two-cylinder, fuel-injected engine. The motorcycle&rsquo;s powerful engine churns out peak power of 42 Ps at 10,750 rpm. With all-new engine and chassis designs, the YZF-R3 sports a solid combination of class-leading power and a lightweight body that achieves high levels of riding performance and styling worthy of the superbike.</p>

<p>Ktm International has launched three models of Italian motorcycle Benelli i.e TNT 300, 600I and 600GT on the occasion of NADA Auto show.</p>

<p>TNT 300 which has 6-speed gearbox which has a maximum power of 37.73bhp@ 11500rpm and produces a maximum Torque of 26.5Nm @1000 rpm. TNT 300 lengths seat height of 795mm and ground clearance of 160mm. it weighs 196 kg.</p>

<p><strong>TNT 600i:</strong></p>

<p>The new TNT 600i is powered by 600 cc, 4-stroke, 16 valves, 4-cylinder DOHC engine which is liquid cooled. It produces 83.90 BHP @ 11,500 rpm and a torque of 54.6 NM @ 10,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox.</p>

<p>Suspension work is handled by inverted telescopic forks with 120 mm stroke at the front and a hydraulic Benelli 123mm monoshock absorber at the rear. Braking is in the hands of 320 mm twin floating discs with radial mounted 4-piston calipers for the front and 260 mm single disc with double piston caliper at the rear. The bike has 150 mm of ground clearance and a 15 litre fuel tank.</p>

<p><strong>600 GT:</strong></p>

<p>The GT has an in-line four-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine, as run in the popular BN 600R. The engine has a maximum power of 60 kW (82 hp) at 11000 rev/min and maximum torque of 55 Nm at 8000 rpm. The liquid cooled 4-stroke 4-valve DOHC inline-4 cylinder engine. It has electronic fuel injection with four bodies (38 mm in diameter), a 6-speed transmission, with clutch in oil bath.</p>

<p><strong>The hotel was presented with a letter of appreciation on the occasion of the 36<sup>th</sup> World Tourism Day.</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>The mission also maintained that the bigger size of the budget, increment in foreign aid and the&nbsp;remittance will raise inflation. <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Commenting on Nepal Rastra Bank&rsquo;s current monetary policy, IMF&rsquo;s senior resident representative in Nepal, India and Bhutan, Dr. Thomas J Richardson said, &ldquo;The trend in the world is that, to increase sufficient capital and in comparison to other countries, the paid-up capital of BFIs of Nepal is low.&rdquo; Likewise, Almekinders said &ldquo;Though the given 2-year deadline is too short, raising the paid-up capital requirement was necessary.&rdquo;</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>According to Paudyal, 20 percent stakes of the bank formed after the merger will be owned by the bank&rsquo;s foreign joint venture partners.</strong></span></p>

Price, Economic &amp; Commercial Officer, US Embassy.&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>The first place went to Team Sipalu Sisters, whose idea was to start a Women-run two wheeler repair workshop. The second place went to team Shu Swagatam whose idea was to build roadside toilets on highways. In third place was team Care Age Home whose idea was to start a care home for the elderly.<br />

Sipalu Sisters also received a cash prize of Rs. 60, 000. All participants get access to NYEF&rsquo;s pool of mentors.</strong></p>

<p>The 125cc Saluto is a fuel-efficient machine best-suited as a family motorcycle. It has best-in-class mileage of 78 kmpl.</p>

<p>Similarly, the YZF R3 incorporates a newly developed 321cc, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, in-line two-cylinder, fuel-injected engine. The motorcycle&rsquo;s powerful engine churns out peak power of 42 Ps at 10,750 rpm. With all-new engine and chassis designs, the YZF-R3 sports a solid combination of class-leading power and a lightweight body that achieves high levels of riding performance and styling worthy of the superbike.</p>

<p>Likewise, the new R15 shares the same DNA as that of Yamaha R1, but has a number of aggressive new features. It boasts true Japanese technology, and the 150cc Yamaha engine incorporated in this machine churns out maximum output of 17 Ps at 8,500 rpm and peak torque of 15 nm at 7,500 rpm.<br />

<p>Ktm International has launched three models of Italian motorcycle Benelli i.e TNT 300, 600I and 600GT on the occasion of NADA Auto show.</p>

<p>TNT 300 which has 6-speed gearbox which has a maximum power of 37.73bhp@ 11500rpm and produces a maximum Torque of 26.5Nm @1000 rpm. TNT 300 lengths seat height of 795mm and ground clearance of 160mm. it weighs 196 kg.</p>

<p><strong>TNT 600i:</strong></p>

<p>The new TNT 600i is powered by 600 cc, 4-stroke, 16 valves, 4-cylinder DOHC engine which is liquid cooled. It produces 83.90 BHP @ 11,500 rpm and a torque of 54.6 NM @ 10,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox.</p>

<p>Suspension work is handled by inverted telescopic forks with 120 mm stroke at the front and a hydraulic Benelli 123mm monoshock absorber at the rear. Braking is in the hands of 320 mm twin floating discs with radial mounted 4-piston calipers for the front and 260 mm single disc with double piston caliper at the rear. The bike has 150 mm of ground clearance and a 15 litre fuel tank.</p>

<p><strong>600 GT:</strong></p>

<p>The GT has an in-line four-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine, as run in the popular BN 600R. The engine has a maximum power of 60 kW (82 hp) at 11000 rev/min and maximum torque of 55 Nm at 8000 rpm. The liquid cooled 4-stroke 4-valve DOHC inline-4 cylinder engine. It has electronic fuel injection with four bodies (38 mm in diameter), a 6-speed transmission, with clutch in oil bath.</p>

<p><strong>The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation awarded the five-star hotel for its efforts towards enhancing and developing Nepal&rsquo;s tourism infrastructure, as well as for the hotel&rsquo;s private sector participation in earning the highest foreign currency within the country&rsquo;s hotel sector during 2014-15, said a press release issued by the hotel.</strong></p>

<p><strong>The hotel was presented with a letter of appreciation on the occasion of the 36<sup>th</sup> World Tourism Day.</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>The mission also maintained that the bigger size of the budget, increment in foreign aid and the&nbsp;remittance will raise inflation. <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Commenting on Nepal Rastra Bank&rsquo;s current monetary policy, IMF&rsquo;s senior resident representative in Nepal, India and Bhutan, Dr. Thomas J Richardson said, &ldquo;The trend in the world is that, to increase sufficient capital and in comparison to other countries, the paid-up capital of BFIs of Nepal is low.&rdquo; Likewise, Almekinders said &ldquo;Though the given 2-year deadline is too short, raising the paid-up capital requirement was necessary.&rdquo;</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>According to Paudyal, 20 percent stakes of the bank formed after the merger will be owned by the bank&rsquo;s foreign joint venture partners.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Malaysian bank Young Lian and the Netherland&rsquo;s FMO (Financierings Maatschappij-voor Ontwikkelingslanden) will invest in the merged entity.</strong></span></p>

<p><strong>Over the three days, the participants got to refine their business idea based on the Business Model Canvas. They were encouraged to think outside the box to work on their ideas, all the while being constantly inquired about the idea&#39;s feasibility and scalability.</strong></p>

<p><strong>The teams were encouraged to work on their idea based on the business model canvas. The mentors were there to help them and to provide practical insights. The jury for the final pitching session comprised Ashutosh Tiwari, CEO of Shrepa Adventure Gears; Ajay B. Pradhanang, Managing Director, Fleur Himalayan and Kevin C. Price, Economic &amp; Commercial Officer, US Embassy.&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>The first place went to Team Sipalu Sisters, whose idea was to start a Women-run two wheeler repair workshop. The second place went to team Shu Swagatam whose idea was to build roadside toilets on highways. In third place was team Care Age Home whose idea was to start a care home for the elderly.<br />

Sipalu Sisters also received a cash prize of Rs. 60, 000. All participants get access to NYEF&rsquo;s pool of mentors.</strong></p>

MAW Enterprises, the authorised distributor of Yamaha two-wheelers in Nepal, has introduced three new models of motorcycles in NADA Auto show 2015 &mdash; Saluto in 125cc category and the YZF R3 and the new R15.</p>

<p>The 125cc Saluto is a fuel-efficient machine best-suited as a family motorcycle. It has best-in-class mileage of 78 kmpl.</p>

<p>Similarly, the YZF R3 incorporates a newly developed 321cc, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, in-line two-cylinder, fuel-injected engine. The motorcycle&rsquo;s powerful engine churns out peak power of 42 Ps at 10,750 rpm. With all-new engine and chassis designs, the YZF-R3 sports a solid combination of class-leading power and a lightweight body that achieves high levels of riding performance and styling worthy of the superbike.</p>

<p>Likewise, the new R15 shares the same DNA as that of Yamaha R1, but has a number of aggressive new features. It boasts true Japanese technology, and the 150cc Yamaha engine incorporated in this machine churns out maximum output of 17 Ps at 8,500 rpm and peak torque of 15 nm at 7,500 rpm.<br />

<p>Ktm International has launched three models of Italian motorcycle Benelli i.e TNT 300, 600I and 600GT on the occasion of NADA Auto show.</p>

<p><strong>TNT 300:</strong></p>

<p>TNT 300 which has 6-speed gearbox which has a maximum power of 37.73bhp@ 11500rpm and produces a maximum Torque of 26.5Nm @1000 rpm. TNT 300 lengths seat height of 795mm and ground clearance of 160mm. it weighs 196 kg.</p>

<p><strong>TNT 600i:</strong></p>

<p>The new TNT 600i is powered by 600 cc, 4-stroke, 16 valves, 4-cylinder DOHC engine which is liquid cooled. It produces 83.90 BHP @ 11,500 rpm and a torque of 54.6 NM @ 10,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox.</p>

<p>Suspension work is handled by inverted telescopic forks with 120 mm stroke at the front and a hydraulic Benelli 123mm monoshock absorber at the rear. Braking is in the hands of 320 mm twin floating discs with radial mounted 4-piston calipers for the front and 260 mm single disc with double piston caliper at the rear. The bike has 150 mm of ground clearance and a 15 litre fuel tank.</p>

<p><strong>600 GT:</strong></p>

<p>The GT has an in-line four-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine, as run in the popular BN 600R. The engine has a maximum power of 60 kW (82 hp) at 11000 rev/min and maximum torque of 55 Nm at 8000 rpm. The liquid cooled 4-stroke 4-valve DOHC inline-4 cylinder engine. It has electronic fuel injection with four bodies (38 mm in diameter), a 6-speed transmission, with clutch in oil bath.</p>

In comparison, the Pulsar 200 NS makes 23.52 PS and 18.3 Nm of torque at the same revs. Naturally, a 6-speed gearbox will do duty on the motorcycle.</p>

<p><strong>The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation awarded the five-star hotel for its efforts towards enhancing and developing Nepal&rsquo;s tourism infrastructure, as well as for the hotel&rsquo;s private sector participation in earning the highest foreign currency within the country&rsquo;s hotel sector during 2014-15, said a press release issued by the hotel.</strong></p>

<p><strong>The hotel was presented with a letter of appreciation on the occasion of the 36<sup>th</sup> World Tourism Day.</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>According to Paudyal, 20 percent stakes of the bank formed after the merger will be owned by the bank&rsquo;s foreign joint venture partners.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Malaysian bank Young Lian and the Netherland&rsquo;s FMO (Financierings Maatschappij-voor Ontwikkelingslanden) will invest in the merged entity.</strong></span></p>

MAW Enterprises, the authorised distributor of Yamaha two-wheelers in Nepal, has introduced three new models of motorcycles in NADA Auto show 2015 &mdash; Saluto in 125cc category and the YZF R3 and the new R15.</p>

<p>The 125cc Saluto is a fuel-efficient machine best-suited as a family motorcycle. It has best-in-class mileage of 78 kmpl.</p>

<p>Similarly, the YZF R3 incorporates a newly developed 321cc, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, in-line two-cylinder, fuel-injected engine. The motorcycle&rsquo;s powerful engine churns out peak power of 42 Ps at 10,750 rpm. With all-new engine and chassis designs, the YZF-R3 sports a solid combination of class-leading power and a lightweight body that achieves high levels of riding performance and styling worthy of the superbike.</p>

<p>Likewise, the new R15 shares the same DNA as that of Yamaha R1, but has a number of aggressive new features. It boasts true Japanese technology, and the 150cc Yamaha engine incorporated in this machine churns out maximum output of 17 Ps at 8,500 rpm and peak torque of 15 nm at 7,500 rpm.<br />

<p><strong>Benelli</strong></p>

<p>Ktm International has launched three models of Italian motorcycle Benelli i.e TNT 300, 600I and 600GT on the occasion of NADA Auto show.</p>

<p><strong>TNT 300:</strong></p>

<p>TNT 300 which has 6-speed gearbox which has a maximum power of 37.73bhp@ 11500rpm and produces a maximum Torque of 26.5Nm @1000 rpm. TNT 300 lengths seat height of 795mm and ground clearance of 160mm. it weighs 196 kg.</p>

<p><strong>TNT 600i:</strong></p>

<p>The new TNT 600i is powered by 600 cc, 4-stroke, 16 valves, 4-cylinder DOHC engine which is liquid cooled. It produces 83.90 BHP @ 11,500 rpm and a torque of 54.6 NM @ 10,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox.</p>

<p>Suspension work is handled by inverted telescopic forks with 120 mm stroke at the front and a hydraulic Benelli 123mm monoshock absorber at the rear. Braking is in the hands of 320 mm twin floating discs with radial mounted 4-piston calipers for the front and 260 mm single disc with double piston caliper at the rear. The bike has 150 mm of ground clearance and a 15 litre fuel tank.</p>

<p><strong>600 GT:</strong></p>

<p>The GT has an in-line four-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine, as run in the popular BN 600R. The engine has a maximum power of 60 kW (82 hp) at 11000 rev/min and maximum torque of 55 Nm at 8000 rpm. The liquid cooled 4-stroke 4-valve DOHC inline-4 cylinder engine. It has electronic fuel injection with four bodies (38 mm in diameter), a 6-speed transmission, with clutch in oil bath.</p>

<p>The Pulsar RS200 comes with &ldquo;innovative and superior technology&rdquo;, a 200 cc, 4-valve engine, and &ldquo;eye-catching design&rdquo;.</p>

<p>The RS200 gets Bajaj&rsquo;s triple-spark technology, and the manufacturer claims this helps in ideal engine speeds especially at cruising or high-speeds. Basically though, the Bajaj Pulsar 200 RS borrows its engine from the 200 NS. The 199.5 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine produces 24.4 PS at 9,500 rpm and 18.6 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. In comparison, the Pulsar 200 NS makes 23.52 PS and 18.3 Nm of torque at the same revs. Naturally, a 6-speed gearbox will do duty on the motorcycle.</p>
