<p style="text-align: justify;">The company is distributing physical share certificates instead of D-matted shares after seven months since issuance. Similarly, the company has made an agreement of RTS with Global IME Capital for D-mating and listing of shares. The company had issued general shares worth of Rs 2 billion on January.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The existing Rs 8 billion paid-up capital of the company will boosted to Rs 10 billion after the distribution. Established on 11 July 2011, the company has authorised capital of Rs 50 billion and issue capital of Rs 10 billion. The company is a joint venture of Government of Nepal, Employee Provident Fund, Rastriya Beema Sansthan and Citizen Investment Trust. Similarly, the interest income of the bank has increased by 88 percent to Rs 34.8 million and interest expenses has increased by two folds to Rs 9.42 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the employee expenses, other operating expenses and net operating income have increased by 90 percent, 37.70 percent and 61 percent respectively. The fixed asset of the bank has increased by 19.71 percent to RS 4.31 million and other assets have increased by 13.55 percent to Rs 5.79 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, the bank has kept Rs 3.80 million in provision for possible losses. The capital fund expenditure of the bank is of 4 percent and capital fund adequacy is of 11 percent. As per the third quarterly report, EPS of the bank is at Rs 23 and P/E ratio is of 113 times.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;As per the airline, it carried a total of 17.6 million passengers in 2015, an increase of 18.9 per cent year-on-year. &quot;The growth in passenger volume continued to exceed Etihad Airways&rsquo; capacity increase and outperformed regional market growth, which has seen a decline in load factors since mid-2014,&quot; says the company. In total, the airline operated 97,400 flights covering 467 million kilometers. The average network-wide seat load factor was 79.4 per cent for 2015, compared with 79.2 percent in 2014. James Hogan, Etihad Airways President and Chief Executive Officer, said, &ldquo;Our mandate is to build a sustainably profitable airline. A fifth year of net profits, with our best annual financial performance to date, shows that we are delivering against that goal.&quot; &nbsp;</p>

<p>The airline added six new destinations to its global network &ndash; Kolkata, Madrid, Hong Kong, Entebbe, Edinburgh and Dar es Salaam. Similarly, Etihad Airways&rsquo; fleet increased by 11 aircraft to a total of 121 at year end.</p>

He expressed her happiness in getting the chance to be a part of the celebration. &nbsp;Participants put forward beliefs to revitalize the mountaineering that has declined in recent years due to natural calamities to its previous stage.</p>

<p>Speaking on the occasion, Sherdhan Rai, Minister for Information&rsquo;s and Communications, says,&rdquo; The world is attracted to Nepal&rsquo;s challenging trekking routes and mountaineering.&rdquo;Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Kumar Rai also expressed his belief that the conclusion of the conference would be helpful in tackling the effects of climate change. Similarly, Member-Secretary of NMA Ang Tshering Sherpa said, &ldquo;The diamond jubilee celebrations would provide a significant help to mountaineering in Nepal.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The event hosted 80 Japanese mountaineers and high level officers from government of Nepal. Mount Manaslu, the 8th highest peak in the world, was first scaled in May 9, 1956 by a team led by Tosiyo Imasini of Japan and Gyangel Sherpa. Similarly, Mount Lhotse, the 4th highest, was scaled in May 18 the same year by team of France led by Ernst Riss and Fritz Luchsinger.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;The Diamond Jubilee Celebration was jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and NMA. Minoru Higeta, the first mountaineer to summit Mount Manaslu and Junko Tabei, the first mountaineer to summit Mount Everest as well as many domestic and international climbers were honored in the program.</p>

The first, second, and third position will receive monetary prize of Rs 50,000, Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 respectively in the competition. The Association believes that the craft competition will motivate the artist recognising their talents.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;Annually more than Rs 10 billion of handicraft products was exported from Nepal. But, the export has decreased by 15 percent due to the devastating earthquake, Terai strike and Indian unofficial blockade,&rdquo; said the Association. Currently, handicraft items of more than 42 categories are being exported from Nepal. According to the artist, most traditional handicrafts are yet to be recognised.&nbsp;</p>

Similarly, the interest income of the bank has increased by 88 percent to Rs 34.8 million and interest expenses has increased by two folds to Rs 9.42 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the employee expenses, other operating expenses and net operating income have increased by 90 percent, 37.70 percent and 61 percent respectively. The fixed asset of the bank has increased by 19.71 percent to RS 4.31 million and other assets have increased by 13.55 percent to Rs 5.79 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, the bank has kept Rs 3.80 million in provision for possible losses. The capital fund expenditure of the bank is of 4 percent and capital fund adequacy is of 11 percent. As per the third quarterly report, EPS of the bank is at Rs 23 and P/E ratio is of 113 times.&nbsp;</p>

In total, the airline operated 97,400 flights covering 467 million kilometers. The average network-wide seat load factor was 79.4 per cent for 2015, compared with 79.2 percent in 2014. James Hogan, Etihad Airways President and Chief Executive Officer, said, &ldquo;Our mandate is to build a sustainably profitable airline. A fifth year of net profits, with our best annual financial performance to date, shows that we are delivering against that goal.&quot; &nbsp;</p>

<p>The airline added six new destinations to its global network &ndash; Kolkata, Madrid, Hong Kong, Entebbe, Edinburgh and Dar es Salaam. Similarly, Etihad Airways&rsquo; fleet increased by 11 aircraft to a total of 121 at year end.</p>

<p>Speaking on the occasion, Sherdhan Rai, Minister for Information&rsquo;s and Communications, says,&rdquo; The world is attracted to Nepal&rsquo;s challenging trekking routes and mountaineering.&rdquo;Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Kumar Rai also expressed his belief that the conclusion of the conference would be helpful in tackling the effects of climate change. Similarly, Member-Secretary of NMA Ang Tshering Sherpa said, &ldquo;The diamond jubilee celebrations would provide a significant help to mountaineering in Nepal.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The event hosted 80 Japanese mountaineers and high level officers from government of Nepal. Mount Manaslu, the 8th highest peak in the world, was first scaled in May 9, 1956 by a team led by Tosiyo Imasini of Japan and Gyangel Sherpa. Similarly, Mount Lhotse, the 4th highest, was scaled in May 18 the same year by team of France led by Ernst Riss and Fritz Luchsinger.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;The Diamond Jubilee Celebration was jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and NMA. Minoru Higeta, the first mountaineer to summit Mount Manaslu and Junko Tabei, the first mountaineer to summit Mount Everest as well as many domestic and international climbers were honored in the program.</p>

But, the export has decreased by 15 percent due to the devastating earthquake, Terai strike and Indian unofficial blockade,&rdquo; said the Association. Currently, handicraft items of more than 42 categories are being exported from Nepal. According to the artist, most traditional handicrafts are yet to be recognised.&nbsp;</p>

Similarly, the interest income of the bank has increased by 88 percent to Rs 34.8 million and interest expenses has increased by two folds to Rs 9.42 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the employee expenses, other operating expenses and net operating income have increased by 90 percent, 37.70 percent and 61 percent respectively. The fixed asset of the bank has increased by 19.71 percent to RS 4.31 million and other assets have increased by 13.55 percent to Rs 5.79 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, the bank has kept Rs 3.80 million in provision for possible losses. The capital fund expenditure of the bank is of 4 percent and capital fund adequacy is of 11 percent. As per the third quarterly report, EPS of the bank is at Rs 23 and P/E ratio is of 113 times.&nbsp;</p>

Similarly, Member-Secretary of NMA Ang Tshering Sherpa said, &ldquo;The diamond jubilee celebrations would provide a significant help to mountaineering in Nepal.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The event hosted 80 Japanese mountaineers and high level officers from government of Nepal. Mount Manaslu, the 8th highest peak in the world, was first scaled in May 9, 1956 by a team led by Tosiyo Imasini of Japan and Gyangel Sherpa. Similarly, Mount Lhotse, the 4th highest, was scaled in May 18 the same year by team of France led by Ernst Riss and Fritz Luchsinger.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;The Diamond Jubilee Celebration was jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and NMA. Minoru Higeta, the first mountaineer to summit Mount Manaslu and Junko Tabei, the first mountaineer to summit Mount Everest as well as many domestic and international climbers were honored in the program.</p>

But, the export has decreased by 15 percent due to the devastating earthquake, Terai strike and Indian unofficial blockade,&rdquo; said the Association. Currently, handicraft items of more than 42 categories are being exported from Nepal. According to the artist, most traditional handicrafts are yet to be recognised.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The existing Rs 8 billion paid-up capital of the company will boosted to Rs 10 billion after the distribution. Similarly, the interest income of the bank has increased by 88 percent to Rs 34.8 million and interest expenses has increased by two folds to Rs 9.42 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the employee expenses, other operating expenses and net operating income have increased by 90 percent, 37.70 percent and 61 percent respectively. The fixed asset of the bank has increased by 19.71 percent to RS 4.31 million and other assets have increased by 13.55 percent to Rs 5.79 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, the bank has kept Rs 3.80 million in provision for possible losses. The capital fund expenditure of the bank is of 4 percent and capital fund adequacy is of 11 percent. As per the third quarterly report, EPS of the bank is at Rs 23 and P/E ratio is of 113 times.&nbsp;</p>

James Hogan, Etihad Airways President and Chief Executive Officer, said, &ldquo;Our mandate is to build a sustainably profitable airline. A fifth year of net profits, with our best annual financial performance to date, shows that we are delivering against that goal.&quot; &nbsp;</p>

<p>Speaking on the occasion, Sherdhan Rai, Minister for Information&rsquo;s and Communications, says,&rdquo; The world is attracted to Nepal&rsquo;s challenging trekking routes and mountaineering.&rdquo;Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Kumar Rai also expressed his belief that the conclusion of the conference would be helpful in tackling the effects of climate change. Similarly, Member-Secretary of NMA Ang Tshering Sherpa said, &ldquo;The diamond jubilee celebrations would provide a significant help to mountaineering in Nepal.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The event hosted 80 Japanese mountaineers and high level officers from government of Nepal. Mount Manaslu, the 8th highest peak in the world, was first scaled in May 9, 1956 by a team led by Tosiyo Imasini of Japan and Gyangel Sherpa. Similarly, Mount Lhotse, the 4th highest, was scaled in May 18 the same year by team of France led by Ernst Riss and Fritz Luchsinger.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;The Diamond Jubilee Celebration was jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and NMA. Minoru Higeta, the first mountaineer to summit Mount Manaslu and Junko Tabei, the first mountaineer to summit Mount Everest as well as many domestic and international climbers were honored in the program.</p>

GP Trading, the authorised distributor of Opple products in Nepal which is a part of the Triveni Group, launched the new showroom on April 29. &ldquo;For the first time Opple is successful in opening the LED brand showroom in the Nepali market,&quot; said Shailesh Sanghai, Director of Triveni Byapar Company inaugurating the showroom. &nbsp;&ldquo;Opple LED lightings are premium products in the market and we hope that our customers will like them.&rdquo;</p>

<p>According to Bonny Singh, Corporate Sales Executive of the company, Opple products will be made available to the customers at reasonable prices. The company claims that the lighting products manufactured by complete automated machines gives off quality light and are environment friendly while also save electricity up to 50 percent. The company has introduced down light, spotlight, plane light, LED tube and LED voltage bulb in the market.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;The event aims to promote Nepali handicraft products in domestic and international market,&rdquo; says President of Association Dharmaraj Shakya adding, &ldquo;The main role of event will be to develop the business relationship between Nepali entrepreneurs and businessman, exporters and foreign importers.&rdquo; Foreign exporters from China, India, Asia-Pacific countries will be participating in the fair, he said. The organisers are expecting more than 300,000 visitors.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, the craft competition is being organised during the fair for preservation and conservation of traditional art. The first, second, and third position will receive monetary prize of Rs 50,000, Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 respectively in the competition. The Association believes that the craft competition will motivate the artist recognising their talents.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">&ldquo;Annually more than Rs 10 billion of handicraft products was exported from Nepal. But, the export has decreased by 15 percent due to the devastating earthquake, Terai strike and Indian unofficial blockade,&rdquo; said the Association. Currently, handicraft items of more than 42 categories are being exported from Nepal. According to the artist, most traditional handicrafts are yet to be recognised.&nbsp;</p>
