LG’s New Vacuum Cleaners

LG has introduced three new vacuum cleaners in the market. According to the company, the easy controls, ergonomic design and the latest technology is sure to make these vacuum cleaners popular in Nepal. The cleaners come with features like enhanced suction power and eight filtration layers for better cleaning. The telescopic pipes in the new models can be adjusted to reach different lengths.

 

 

Samsung’s Dealer’s Meet Held in Dubai

International Marketing Services Pvt Ltd (IMS), the authorized national distributor of Samsung mobile phones in Nepal held its 3rd Dealers' Meet in Dubai from 16th-19th December 2013. The Meet titled’IDM-2014’ was attended by regional distributors from all across the country. According to the company, the objective of IDM-2014 was to have a constructive meet where parties discussed various business strategies and plans of IMS for the coming year. Neoteric Nepal Pvt Ltd has launched ‘Neo Tablets’ in the market. The Tablet is launched in three different models - i10, i7 and w7. Model i10 has 10 inch capacitive touch screen with resolution of 1024x628 pixels. i10 supports 3G , Wi-Fi, FM,GPS, G-sensor.  It has Dual-SIM voice calling and has a five megapixel rear camera. i7 comes with seven inch capacitive touch  screen with resolution up to 800 x 480 pixels.  Likewise, w7 has a 7 inch capacitive touch screen with 800x 480 pixel resolution. Hyundai Becomes 7th Largest Automobile Brand

Hyundai Motor Company has stood at number 7 in the Global Automobile Brand Ranking. The company’s brand value has incresed by 20.5 per cent in a year and has reached USD 9 billion. Hyundai is also ranked 43rd in brand consultancy Interbrand’s 2013 Best 100 Global Brands. 

 

 

5-Year Warranty on Hero Bikes

Nepal General Marketing Pvt Ltd, the authorized distributors of Hero Motorcycles is offering five year warranty on all its two-wheeler models. According to the company, this is the first of its kind offer from two-wheeler companies in Nepal, and it proves that Hero two-wheelers are built to last. The warranty is applicable on all Hero two-wheelers purchased on or after 10th January, 2014. The warranty is valid for five years or 70,000 kms on motorcycles and 50,000 kms on scooters, whichever is earlier.

 

 

Acer’s New Smartphones Launched

Mercantile Office Systems (MOS), the sole authorized distributor of Acer for Nepal has introduced Liquid S1 and Liquid Z3 smartphones in the market.  Liquid S1 is a 5.7 inch phablet powered by 1.5Ghz Quad Core processor and running on Android 4.2.2. It has internal storage of 8 GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB. It supports two SIM cards and comes with a 2400 mAh battery.  Similarly, Liquid Z3 has a dual-core processor, and comes in 3.5 inch screen size. Z3 has 512 MB of RAM and has a 1500 mAh battery. 

 

Yamaha’s ‘Naya Barsha Naya Uttsaha’ Offer

Toyota Hiace with New Engine

United Traders Syndicate Pvt Ltd has introduced Toyota Hiace with a new 2.5 litre, 16 valve DOHC Common Rail Turbo Diesel engine. According to the company, the new engine offers a balance between power and fuel efficiency. Apart from the new engine, Hiace comes with features like low engine noise, reduced weight and is highly durable and reliable, says a statement from the company.
