Nepali fintech giant, F1Soft Group, has ventured into the ride-hailing and mobility solutions industry under the brand name JumJum. Nepal Mobility Solutions, a venture of F1Soft Group, has introduced 'JumJum', a ride-sharing platform aimed at enhancing commuting experiences in Kathmandu and surrounding areas. According to the company, JumJum offers various features tailored to facilitate convenient and reliable transportation for users across Nepal. JumJum is a collaboration between F1Soft Group and Sri Lankan technology partner - PickMe.
"The launch of JumJum aligns with our commitment to digital innovation and providing transportation solutions that meet the needs of Nepali people," Subash Sharma, CEO of F1Soft Group, said. According to the company, JumJum boasts seamless payment options through eSewa, multiple booking capabilities, Google Maps integration for navigation and the ability to book rides for others. The company emphasises safety, providing comprehensive insurance coverage for both passengers and drivers, Shama added. The platform aims to create economic opportunities for drivers through features like Directional Hires, which match drivers with passengers travelling in the same direction. JumJum is currently offering promotional incentives, including discounts and bonuses, for both passengers and drivers.
