Hansraj Hulaschand & Company, the official distributor of KTM motorcycles in Nepal, has introduced the eagerly awaited KTM Duke 390 to the Nepali market. According to the company, the new KTM Duke 390 comes with enhancements such as an upgraded engine, trellis frame, hollow alloy wheels, sleek design, riding modes, launch control, increased ground clearance, and host of other features.
Powered by a 398.7cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC FI engine, the KTM Duke 390 is capable of producing a maximum power output of 46 PS at 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of 39 Nm at 6900 rpm. Moreover, it is equipped with an upgraded six-speed gearbox and boasts a fuel tank capacity of 15 litres.
With a price tag of Rs 899,000, the KTM Duke 390 retains its sleek and bold design. Featuring shark-inspired edges and prominent air intakes, the bike showcases a distinctive appearance. Its front end showcases a newly designed LED headlamp arrangement, complemented by eight LED DRLs and LED indicators which gives the Duke 390 a unique and striking look. It offers a multi-level split-seat configuration.
The KTM Duke 390 will come in two colour choices: Electronic Orange and Atlantic Blue. While the Electronic Orange variant boasts a more vibrant orange hue, extending to the seat, the Atlantic Blue variant retains its deep blue appearance.
KTM has introduced launch control and traction control features with the Duke 390 model.
