The resort procures farm produce like lemon, potato, cauliflower, and other seasonal fruit and vegetables directly from local farmers which underscores its commitment to sustainability. This practice supports the surrounding community while also ensuring freshness and quality of the ingredients used in the resort kitchen.

The resort boasts a strong workforce of 55 members including 20 females. The resort's commitment to gender equality and inclusivity is reflected in its workforce composition.
