According to the current economy the contribution of private sector is 72 percent. The management schools are very important because there will be no growth in the economy without them. If there is no involvement of the private sectors then the scenario will not be appreciating one. There was an economic growth of 6.8 percent once but now the economic rate has gone down. In 10 years time we have to achieve a standard growth rate. The B-Schools will be helpful to do the needful. The thought of B-School rating-ranking awards is very convincing and the NBA family should be congratulated for such an innovative endeavour. This practice must continue every year to boost the morale of the educational sector of the society. </div>

The B-School awards will motivate and create opportunities in future. I have seen how business has grown over the years and challenges being faced. Nepal was supposed to be transformed into Singapore but it was just a mere dream being shown by some people. These B-Schools produce a number of graduates but how many actually work to change the country’s scenario is a big question. Have we as a country succeeded? The major problem in the country is the unstable political scenario but even we too have got a little to blame. Let us stand together and pledge to make Nepal a sustainable nation. To allow the colleges to be autonomous will help them function as independent and let them be innovative. </div>

Being recently transferred to Nepal, I am very surprised, “The kind of sentiments I am exposed to today is very convincing.” It is good to hear the speeches of former guest speakers, if one is aware of the shortcomings, then the remedies become easier. Lately going abroad for higher studies has become practiced highly. Why do people go to other countries for higher studies, when there are quality institutes in the home country itself? This is a disadvantage for the economy of the home country because when one goes abroad he will get job opportunities there and contribute to the foreign country’s economy. And his utility which could have been used here is used elsewhere. Therefore the event of B-School rating and ranking will tell people of the valuable resources present in the country. </div>

The programme is historical and the initiation by NBA is a great encouragement. The importance Nepal has developed through the years is surprising. In last two years there has been a remarkable change. Nepal should boast of its service sector but a lot needs to be achieved in the trade, commerce and industrial sector. The Britishers were focused on education, the basic infrastructure is the basis of development. Nepal will make a difference if the citizens take up their responsibility, collectively. Singapore is rich in human resource the result is the development at present, Nepal is rich in natural resources so there is a scope of development. These awards raise the existing standards. It will foster a free flow of brains with other resources. There are challenges as well as opportunities in business education. </div>

The number of people going abroad in search of employment opportunities is increasing. Some of them go because of their compulsion and the others out of their own wish. In the other hand, the education sector is failing to produce skilled manpower to develop trade, commerce and industry of the country. With its non updated curriculum and old teaching practices, education is not so much practical in our country which is hampering the economic growth of Nepal. People going to abroad for various opportunities criticize Nepal of not providing proper opportunity to youths, poorly infrastructured, scarcities and other loopholes. </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
But these people should be aware that the developed countries where they are seeking for better opportunities are developed with the effort of the people living there. They must understand that the skilled manpower is important pillars to develop any nation. So for the development of Nepal, their effort is necessary. The context is of business education. Nepal is the country with greater possibility and the people are going to abroad neglecting these opportunities. The business schools need produce skilled manpower to discover and manage the opportunities in Nepal. The teaching methodology in Nepal’s education system should be designed in such a way that it can transform Nepal to one of the developed nation in short period of time.

</div>
<div>

<div>

</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
This programme has made all the stakeholders alert in all the ways.</div>',

</div>
<div>

<div>
This programme has made all the stakeholders alert in all the ways.</div>',
