At present, so many students are going abroad for studies without thinking of the costs that they will have to bear. They are contributing in some other country’s economy and they are spending their utility which could be utilized here. Not everyone can afford to study abroad. These award will show that these are the opportunities available within the country. And I believe recognition should not end here. It should serve all the schools, even those who have not participated here. They should be contributing in a big way in improving the available manpower in this country.

The clutter of advertising and a lack of scientific research on the quality of higher education among institutions in Nepal has made it very difficult for students to make informed decisions. The program will help parents, teachers and students considerably in this regard. I also find the ranking of colleges to be fair. Awards have been given to the ones who really deserve it. KUSOM, which has its own story, history and legacy, for instance, is given the best B-School award. I took back good thoughts from distinguished guests of the award ceremony who motivated us to do something for the country.
