Nepal Telecom has launched Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) internet service with speeds up to 1 Gbps (1000 Mbps), providing faster connectivity than ever before. The company has launched an ultra-fast internet service based on XG-PON (10 Gigabit Passive Optical Network) technology. This service will be offered in two packages: 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps. The downstream capacity for this service will be 10 Gbps, and the upstream capacity will be 2.5 Gbps.
With the Premium FTTH 500 Mbps package, unlimited calling is available within the Nepal Telecom network, while 350 minutes of calling are allowed to other networks each month. This package also includes 0.5 TB of daily data usage. With the Premium FTTH 1 Gbps package, unlimited calling is available within the Nepal Telecom network, while 500 minutes of calling are allowed to other networks each month.
