He has been the CEO of two commercial banks as well as of the Investment Board of Nepal, a government body that facilitates investment in public private partnership projects.

Sharma started her professional journey with Nabil Bank as a credit controller. Likewise, she has also worked in Standard Chartered Bank as the head of 'Consumer Banking'. She was responsible and accountable to more than 250 employees. Since 2012, she has been the Executive Director of CIWEC Hospital. For more than 35 years, she has been focusing especially on 'travel medicine'. Recently, she is also involved in the development and cultivation of agricultural farm in Suntli Batika.

Shah, is an educationist, working in academia for over three decades. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management, a leading higher education provider that has been successfully producing talented graduates for twenty-two years. An MBA graduate, she considers education to be the cornerstone of a nation's development. She is also a charter member and president of Zonta Club of Kathmandu. 

Barsha Shrestha

Shrestha is currently the business head of ICRA Nepal Limited. She started her banking journey from NABIL in 1984 and worked in Clean Energy Development Bank as a Deputy CEO and CEO. She is known as the first female CEO of a private sector banking institution in Nepal. She was also honored with the Woman Manager Recognition Award 2010 given by the Nepal Management Association.

She has also worked as the board of various companies and professional associations like Idea Studio Nepal, Nepal Ambulance Service. Shrestha is a member of the National Council of Confederation of Nepalese Industries CNI.

Pradhan, vice president of Federation of Woman Entrepreneurs' Associations of Nepal (FWEAN) is also the CEO of Batika Nepal Pvt Ltd. She has 30 years of experience in floriculture.

She has specialized in ornamental plants, cut flowers and landscape design related to floriculture.

She is also a consultant of Floriculture Association Nepal and a member of SAARC Chamber Women Entrepreneurs Council Nepal. She has also worked in many government committees for policy making.
