Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has recognised its top travel partners in Nepal for their support to the airline. Twelve agencies were honoured this year as part of the airline’s annual practice of recognising travel agencies that have contributed significantly to growing sales. The agencies were recognised with awards in several categories including the Best Travel Agency of the Year, Best Premium Sales and Best Share Shift.

 "Nepal is a very competitive market and there are around 28 airlines currently operating services to Kathmandu. Therefore maintaining a positive relationship with our travel partners is extremely important as we owe much of our success to them,” said Pawana Shrestha, Etihad Airways’ Country Manager in Nepal. Some of the honoured travel agencies are Osho World Travel, Megabyte Travels and Tours, Harvest Moon Travel, Rupakot Tours and Travel, Deurali Travel and Tours, Gorkha Vision Travel and Tours, Yeti  Gandaki Travel and President Travel among others.
