“Banking fraternity is closely watching this event”​

I would like to thank New Business Age for organising such an important programme. The banking fraternity is closely watching NewBiz B-School Rating-Ranking Awards. This event also helps the banking sector because the college graduates are the future human resource for the banks. This can be an important platform for the stakeholders to share their experiences and to discuss on enhancing the quality of management education in Nepal. As there is much regulated banking environment in Nepal, we look for graduates with good knowledge of banking and business ecosystem. I think the colleges should invite banking professionals to interact with the students on a regular basis. We have already many graduates who are from the colleges awarded at today’s ceremony. I am hopeful that we will be able to recruit more quality graduates from the awarded colleges in the days to come. 

 

 

 

 

“NewBiz B-School Awards will inspire colleges and students for better performance”​

This programme is an encouragement for management colleges and students to chase excellence in education. It will inspire them to perform better in the future. Currently, Oman Air is not working closely with the management colleges here. But, we are planning to collaborate with the institutions. This programme has given us some ideas about the best B-schools in Nepal. I think the colleges should focus on providing education to the students as per the need of the business sectors.

Similarly, the B-schools and corporate entities can also collaborate to conduct different programmes which will be beneficial for all stakeholders of the Nepali education system.
