December 12: NIC Asia Bank has signed bancassurance agreement with IME Life Insurance to provide its customers with insurance service. The bank’s CEO Roshan Kumar Neupane and the insurance company’s CEO Shree Chandra Bhatta signed the agreement amid a function on Tuesday, December 11.

Following the agreement, the bank’s customers can avail life insurance service provided by the insurance service through any branch of the bank.

Currently, the bank has been providing its service through a network of 270 branches, 285 ATM outlets, 37 extension counters and 20 branchless banking services spread across the country.
