Issuing a statement on Tuesday, NCHL said that the decision to this effect was taken by the 119<sup>th</sup> meeting of the board of directors of the company. The statement said that Shrestha will take place of Sunil Pant, who left the company. Shrestha will serve the remaining term of the post following the departure of Pant.</p>
<p>NCHL board has seven members with one representative from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), three from commercial banks, one from development banks, one from finance companies and one from Smart Choice Technologies Ltd. NCHL has been at the forefront of providing national payment systems services.</p>
