'content' => '<p>November 28: NIC Asia Bank has signed a bancassurance agreement with Sanima General Insurance on Tuesday, November 27. The bank’s Acting CEO Roshan Kumar Neupane and the insurance company’s CEO Sudhir Nath Pandey signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations, reads a statement issued by the bank.</p>
<p>Following the agreement, the the bank’s customers can avail non-life insurance services of the insurance company from any branch of the bank.</p>
<p>“Backed with technological innovations, this partnership is likely to provide best-in-class product suite and services catering to today’s consumer needs,” the statement added.</p>
<p>The bank currently has been providing its service through 266 branches, 276 ATM outlets, 37 extension counters and 18 branchless banking facilities across the country.</p>
