November 27: Daraz, an online shopping portal, has been accused for cheating its customers in the name of sale.

The popular online shopping site had recent launched a sale offer on November 11, terming it as the biggest sales campaign.

Several allegations have been raised against daraz.com.np, accusing the online shopping site of cheating people.

Customers who bought the products from the online shop during its mega sales campaign on November 11 have alleged the online shop of cheating them.

Customers have complained of late delivery, bad quality of products and high pricing.

A customer informed New Business Age that the online shop failed to deliver him his order. He mentioned that he had ordered a pair of Goldstar shoes on November 11 and is yet to receive it. Additionally, he found that the price of the shoes offered by the online shop was higher in comparison to the market price.

Buyers of various commodities have reported numerous allegations against Dazar.
