A meeting of the board of directors of Siddhartha Bank proposed distribution of 5 percent bonus share and 8.16 percent cash dividend.

The bank said in a statement that it will distribute the bonus share and cash dividend to its shareholders after getting approval from Nepal Rastra Bank following its general assembly.
