<p>Top engineers and technicians from Samsung Electronics, Korea gave trainings on graphic design, website design, and computer and smartphone repair to 100 participants during the six-day event which started on September 9 and concluded on September 14.</p>
<p>Samsung Electronics said in a statement that it has provided 20 best trained participants an opportunity to take additional three months of training on the subject of their choice at Leapfrog Technology Inc and Microlink Institute.</p>
<p>Samsung Electronics has been carrying out its Samsung Employee Volunteer Program since the past eight years to help improve the lives of people in communities across the globe. This is the second year that the Korean team has come to Nepal.</p>
<p>The company said that all the equipment and materials used for the program have been handed over to Prakash Adhikari, the mayor of Tokha Municipality. The program was sponsored by Better World Korea and Friendship Foundation Nepal. </p>
