“This food festival will further strengthen our economic relations and help promote food tourism,” she said while speaking at a press meet organised at Hotel Yak and Yeti on May 23.<br />
The food festival, which will be supervised by senior Sri Lankan chef Publis Silva, will include Sri Lankan cuisines including coconut roti, egg hoppers, fish ambulthiyal, brinjalmoju, watalappan<br />
(jaggery pudding) and thalakarali (sesame karali). </p>
