'content' => '<p>May 16: Oman Air, the national carrier of the sultanate of Oman, has announced reservation for its new daily flights from Muscat to Moscow, the capital of Russia, beginning from October 28 later this year. The airline said in a statement that it is currently focused on its dynamic programme of route and fleet expansion.</p>
<p>According to the airline company, the new service will follow the launch of new routes to Istanbul and Casablanca in June and July respectively. Oman Air has opened reservation for its planned service to Russia announced by the airline earlier this year. This comes in tandem with the recent announcement made by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) affirming that citizens of Iran, Russia and China have been added to the list of nationalities that can enter the Sultanate on a tourist visa without a local sponsor, according to the statement.</p>
<p>The new daily flight to Moscow's Domodedovo Airport will be operated by a Boeing 737 MAX 8 with an estimated flight time of 5 hours and 55 minutes, offering 12 seats in business class and 150 in economy. According to the company, flight WY181 will depart from Muscat daily at 14.00 and arriving at Moscow at 18.55 local time. The return flight WY182 will depart from Moscow at 00.55, arriving at Muscat International Airport at 07.35.</p>
<p> The route will be the only non-stop operation between Oman and Russia benefitting both business and leisure travellers, in addition to offering seamless connections via Oman Air hub to destinations across the globe.</p>
