<p>He confirmed that the work will complete within a month.</p>
<p>The government had taken 4,872 square feet of land at Kolkata port on lease in 1973. The government is paying IRs 55,700 for the land every month to India. Importers in Nepal are compelled to pay million of rupees as fine while importing goods from third countries via India. The operation of the warehouse will minimize the fines, Aryal said. </p>
